Rated 5 out of 5 byFickle from SOME WHAT DISAPPOINTEDI ordered the docking station to use with an HP Pavillion laptop and separate screen. The docking station is a disappointment to date as it does not eliminate the need to connect a wireless keyboard and mouse directly to the laptop as well as the either net connect. I am able to connect everything to a competitor's docking station made specifically for competitor's laptop. Not saying it is bad but a disappointment when compared to a specific system docking station. My recommendation is therefore qualified.

It just works!I was in search of a reliable docking station for my Dell Pavilion dv7t laptop that works flawlessly with Windows 10 and other operating systems. The Targus 2K Universal Docking Station has been a perfect and reliable product in providing me two additional screens with which to work, thereby significantly enhancing my productivity. Some users have had complaints that it will lose connection randomly and will cause the monitors to flicker, but besides that, it works well for most users.It is smaller than the older docking stations we used to use, and definitely makes it more travel friendly.Would recommend this to anyone looking for a decent docking station for a Surface or device with limited USB ports.

Rated 5 out of 5 byVerified Buyer from Docking station performanceThis product works very well. I am very satisfied with what it does. This is the 2nd one I had to order though. I previously owned a similar docking station and (1) of the ports would no longer work. Therefore (1) of my monitors did not work. It was out of warranty but the product has no moving parts and still wonder why it quit working. I had asked for a replacement means it was really no fault of mine and it really should not have quit working. I am hoping Targus will do the right thing and replace the product for no charge. I offered to send the the product back to Targus for a review from their techs to determine if the product was defective. I have not heard back from them yet. The customer service at Targus has always been top notch. I think I was originally sold a bum product. I am not very happy at the present time. Thank You, Dan
