TP-LINK's Archer T2U comes with the next generation Wi-Fi standard - 802.11ac, 3 times faster than wireless N speeds. With 433 Mbps wireless speeds over the crystal clear 5 GHz band or 150 Mbps over the 2.4 GHz band, the Archer T2U is the superior choice for seamless HD streaming, online gaming and other bandwidth-intensive tasks.

TP-LINK's Archer T2U is a dual band USB Adapter that provides selectable 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands for the latest standard and backward compatibility to existing Wi-Fi network. It gives users the ability to access crystal clear 5 GHz connections to upgrade their notebook or PC's wireless capabilities, while ensuring that they can still access legacy 2.4 GHz band wireless networks.

Product Reviews
TP-LINK Archer T2U - network adapter is rated 2.4 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tiny, Easy to install, and BLAZING speeds I had the opportunity to try out the Archer T2U AC600 Wireless Dual Band USB Adapter to try and help an older laptop I had have faster wifi and boy did it make a difference. Blazing fast speeds now! First off, it's TINY this little usb adapter doesn't even look like its capable at doing what its supposed to do, but it made a huge difference for me. I made sure I had the latest drivers for it from TP-links support site and I was easily connected to my router 5ghz speed! Bye bye 15-20mpbs and hello 150mpbs!! (for my internet) The connection has been SOLID and I have never dropped my wifi access and have seen zero issues thus far. I am thoroughly impressed. Submitted as part of a free sample program.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for mobile users First off I like the fact that this is a slim and sleek design. Overall I think this device does provide some value and I've actually used it less for laptop use as opposed to a home server I have that doesn't have wifi built in to the PC. As most laptops have dual band wifi these days you may not need a device like this unless your pc has an older wifi module. However if you don't, this could be for you. Overall it performed as expected given the speeds. Submitted as part of a free sample program.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Great When Windows Not Allowed to Manage Power TP-Link Archer T2U made a great replacement for my failed internal WiFi NIC. Easy to install and configure. Had minor issue with the device not waking up after putting laptop in sleep mode. Fixed issue by changing system settings to prevent Windows from shutting off the device.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good device for the price Bought 2x of these for home desktops to take advantage of AC networks and reduce the time required to download large updates for OS/games. Setup is simple. Any frustrations would be related to Win10 CE, not to the device. Prefer this model to the T4U's as they get a bit too hot for my liking. Overall : great device for the price, happy to recommend to others (and have done so). My 2 cents for improvements is .. 1. I would prefer a longer USB extension cable to be included in the kit. You would either be using the device connected straight to a USB socket or you would need to be hanging it somewhere away from the machine to get a better signal, and for the latter the cable is too short. Please spend the extra 50c and extend the cable by 30-40cm. 2. Provide a list of compatible replacement antenna's. I tried using larger antenna's from other TPLink routers and got worse connectivity. If you're looking at this model you're wanting the external antenna, so please expand on that aspect. 3. Including a piece of sticky velcro in the kit to fasten the device to vertical surfaces would be great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wireless Utility Not Opening After installing the driver, the icon for the Wireless Utility shows up, but won't open actually open up the program in order for me to properly connect my device. I also tried the WSP option, but that also didn't work. Garbage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can someone help me? I just got this today with my gaming PC and when I plugged it in all of my nearby networks were popping out and when I connected to my network it was fast but after every few minutes my networks keep crashing and I have to reconnect every time. Can someone tell me how to fix this or it might just be my network having a problem for now.
