Rated 5 out of 5 by from Came Open and Used product was delivered to my house this morning. i opened the brown box to see the blue samsung box. i peeled the already slightly ripped sticker off to open the box. i looked inside to see that the cord was already half way out and that the plastic had been already ripped open. upon further inspection of the cord, it had already been used and the part that plugs into your phone's wire was significantly bent. spending $30 for a charger is ridiculous as it is. but having it come open and used from a company as big as samsung?? absolute garbage. do yourself a favour and buy 3 cheaper ones. atleast they'll be new.

The first charger that originally came with my phone lasted me a year and this one has not even lasted that long. I am very disappointed in the service life of this cell phone battery charger to the point where I am thinking of buying a different kind of charger altogether.

Now I am in the process of returning it, because it WILL NOT fit in the charging port of the phone. Ya all need more informed and qualified personal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waiting for a better quality charger my husband bought my s10+ in april for my birthday to replace my old galaxy. 8 months later and the charger is already coming apart at the end where it plugs into the phone. i've always had a galaxy and every 6 months or so i am buying a new charger for the same reason. it surprises me that with all our technology advances, we can't seem to make a charger with quality material so customers don't have to buy two a year. i looked at the wireless charger, but that doesn't have great reviews either.

I lost it and had to get a replacement ordered it in February and I didn't get it till 2 weeks later! A month has passed and now it won't even charge. This was a waste of money.

Low and behold, my phone tells me that it's slow charging and I should use the original charger that came with the phone. Needless to say, using the original charger, I get the same message. I paid too much money for this phone and these replacement chargers to not be able to adequately charge my phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stopped working after one day I have a galaxy s9+ and i was so excited i got this because i had lost my charger and have been charging my phone with a wireless charger, which would take about 4 hours to fully charge. I recieved it last night. and since my phone was pretty much fully charged i only tested it out and was happy to see it said "fast charging" when I plugged it in. Today I tried charging my phone and when i plugged it in it simply didnt charge. I tried messing with the cable and the outlet and the charger just doesnt work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor quality the original usb type- c has a solid outer shell/shield that came with the phone. this replacement usb type-c shell has a zigzag pattern on the opposite side which is why samsung will not show it. everyone take a good look at the oem vs the replacement shield shell.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broke in 10 days bought to replace original charger that i had for almost 2 years thats pretty worn out now. only had this product for 10 days. when i had my phone charging at my 3ft tall desk i accidentally knocked it over and the tip bent. i've had this same accident several times before with my old charger but this has never happened. they don't make things like they use to and it shows. i tried bending it back but the prongs that hold it in place are too far out that i cant get it back in to straighten.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "SUPER Fast Charging" yes, it does charge very fast, as well as burn up as fast. i have gone thru (2) super fast charging blocks since 2/24/2021. they were plugged in at 2 different locations. i really like the charging speed, although, i would much rather have one that works. i have been a samsung customer for many years and have never had a charging block fail until the "super fast charger." all i can say, is take it for what it's worth. oh, by the way they are not providing with the s21 line, need to purchase separately. when you do, terrible packaging, a large box 8 times size of product, and product is just lose in box. really not sure how samsung is saving in shipping or packaging... good luck

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its decent The original one that came with the phone was excellent, it worked for 4 years until I dropped it and it broke today. The one that I ordered was ok, it works just like the original but it heats up too quickly, pretty dangerous if your not watching
