The SafeWord Gold 3000 delivers security and convenience for remote access to VPN, Web and network resources in conjunction with SafeWord PremierAccess. The Gold 3000 combines the best features of Secure Computing's popular Platinum and Silver 2000 authenticators, as well as adding a new, easier-to-use display. All of these devices generate single-use passwords that are synchronized with a PremierAccess server, eliminating the vulnerabilities associated with memorized passwords. The Gold 3000 features a compact, keyring-style case, yet also includes a PIN pad and a large, easy to view display. The PIN pad provides two-factor authentication, requiring the user to enter a memorized number before it generates a single-use password.
