Great for task
So far I have been using this as a task manager, and I have definitely seen an improvement in getting task done much more visible to me versus writing it down on a notepad that gets covered up on my desk

This product is awesome!
The black marker board looks awesome. It has certainly drawn the attention of our employees, which is what we wanted. My only complaint is that the magnets that came with the board are not sold seperately. We have had a hard time finding magnets that are strong enough to work on the board.

Dual Purposes!
This magnetic marker board is great. Not only does it look fine, it is both a marker board and a magnet board - so I can write and put magnetized items on the board for display. It's awesome!

I would recommend that product anytime.
Great product. Looks fabulous. I was surprised that only one pen came with it and Not even an eraser. Especially when what you need is very specific. I bought the pens and eraser separately. I would not have mind having the choice presented to me when I bought. Such price just the board. Such price board and eraser pens.
It does take away the fact that this board is really cool.

Love Love Love this sleek and professional board!
Love this board! It's sleek, elegant and professional all wrapped in one. The paper template made drilling holes easy and we had it hung within 45 minutes. The packaging was superior - no issues with transit and I couldn't be happier.

Great products, takes a lifetime to get.
I have ordered a few products from the company and they are great quality, and wonderful products. But if you need one, make sure you order it 3-4 months before you actually need it, as it takes about that long to receive.

NOT MAGNETIC except for their 2 provided magnets.
I bought this to replace my non-magnetic white board. Disappointing to find out this is also not magnetic, except for "rare earth magnets" which are not your standard magnets. Garbage.

Awesome black board
My first board was lost in the mail. It took one phone call and they immediately sent me another board. It did take a while to receive, but the product works excellent. Even more important, customer service was spot on. Top notch. Highly recommend this company and their products.

Worst customer service ever
So the board arrived packaged well. The surface of the glass seems to have a film that makes the marker write funny.
My biggest complaint, however, is customer service. When I ordered the board, I was given an estimated delivery date that changed AS SOON as I clicked order. I contacted the company three times asking to cancel the order and never got a single response. I got an automated tracking number that kept telling me label had been created but not shipped, so I contacted customer service again. Silence. The board randomly showed up, but to this day I still have not gotten any replies from reaching out. I would not order from this company again.

Teachers - Beware! Most magnets don't work!
I bought this dry erase board for the magnetic feature. I tested every magnetic letter or teaching tool in my classroom and none of them stick. Do not buy this board for the magnetic feature unless you are ready to invest $$ in earth core magnets. Extremely disappointed that this wasn't clearly communicated in your product description.

Not All Magnets work....so shouldn't be called magnetic
Purchased for a high profile customer who had 300 custom magnets pre-printed to be used with these boards, and they don't stick. In fact, they literally fall to the floor without any attraction to the board. No, this board is not defective. These boards only work with "Rare Earth Magnets," according to quartet customer service. Quartet sent me some of their own "Rare Earth Magnets" and they don't even hold up a sheet of paper.
When I asked why that information is not in their brochures or catalogs, I get no response. When I asked for the magnetic pull force necessary to stick to their boards, this information is not readily available. I'm two weeks out from having these boards installed for my customer and have no recompense or solution from the manufacturer. These boards should not be listed as Magnetic.

Even though the description says magnetic, it only takes "rare earth magnets" which are not versatile and hard to find (also visually appealing). White board markers look watery, faded and leave streaks. Unfortunately, I did not realize this u til after mounted on the wall. The company just sent me a casual "whoops Im sorry" type email. Very disappointed and now have a giant board I cannot use on my office wall.

Instructions are too vague. SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO READ DIRECTIONS, NOT TRY PLAY "MATCH THE PICTURE".
The drywall inserts also broke. Just Terrible.

Mounting hardware is terrible
Installation process is frustrating. The drywall anchors are too weak. Board mounting points don't align well with standard wood stud spacing, so better find some stronger anchors.

Good board ... questionable mounting bracket quality control
Good board. Unfortunately, a mounting bracket was stripped before even putting up the board. I literally had to buy another pack of mounting brackets and all Quartet had was in a completely different color than the mounting brackets that came with the board. It was an inconvenience nonetheless. While the board itself is good, the mounting brackets probably need better quality control with the threading.
Also could Quartet include additional alignment paper?

Exactly as advertised.
I've been using this board in my personal office for several weeks now. The glass looks like a piece of artwork in my office when it isn't being used and it looks super cool when I'm using it!
It is so helpful that I can brainstorm with this board and leave the marker without worrying about messing the board up.
I bought the Quartet premium eraser, but the paint from the markers tends to flake everywhere when I use it, so I mainly use paper towels and a normal dry erase board spray.

I've had this for YEARS and am buying another
I needed a small white board for my landscape design business to keep track of active clients, and in what stage of the process they're in, from initial email to final project. I bought this probably ten years ago and absolutely love it. I'm now looking to expand my white board space, and will be buying another. I was relieved to find out that the same size and design is available as what I already have, so I'll put the side-by-side. These are so much classier than the traditional white board, and the fact that the surface is magnetic is a plus as well, although I rarely use that feature.

Impossible to install
The board looks nice but when I tried to hang it with the supplied pieces and instructions, the screws would not properly insert into the plastic anchor and ended up ruining the spacer. A very expensive fail.
