The Polycom Easy Schedule App is a software application which installs as an add-in (or extension) to Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Lotus Notes or a web browser-based scheduler to enable your users to easily create calendar appointments and join meetings with Polycom Virtual Meeting Rooms (VMRs) in Polycom RealPresence solution environments. To make scheduling meetings easier and to drive better adoption of video conferencing and collaboration within your organization, the Polycom Easy Schedule App integrates and works natively with the most popular enterprise scheduling systems. On the successful creation of a conference meeting, the meeting details are saved and a notification is sent to the invited participants with the necessary video conference meeting details. When the meeting begins on the Polycom infrastructure, all participants can join the conference using their audio or video endpoints and devices with the meeting invite information and "click to join" links.
