These new batteries arrived pretty quickly and were easy to install. Our headsets are now like brand new and the charge lasts through an entire shift without beeping!

Considering that I bought the original device more than 14 years ago, I have to say that Plantronics make really durable and long lasting batteries. Of course it was more expensive than the ones you can find on Amazon, but honestly you get what you pay for. Cheaper does not mean long lasting. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CS50-USB Battery I've had this unit for about five years now and replaced the battery once before with a non-OEM brand, which expanded inside the earpiece to where it was difficult to remove. DO NOT go cheap! Purchase an OEM Plantronics battery to avoid any issues that could damage your Plantronics investment by using non-OEM replacement batteries.

I look forward to similar long life with the new replacement. Installation was quick and easy (it was for me, anyway).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back to its old self! I have had my Plantronics headset for ~5 years and was having some random issues that I finally decided was related to its ability to hold a charge. Didn't want to give up my current headset because I seemed to have better call clarity and MUCH better tech support than any of my co-workers. Ordered a new battery and am I pleased to be back in business. Once ever 5 years, I will gladly pay to replace the battery. Thanks for making such a high quality headset, you have earned a loyal customer and a lot of recommendations to my co-workers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impossible to replace battery I didn't want to have to invest in another headset from Plantronics, so at their suggestion, I purchased this little battery. It is impossible to plug in to the headset because it's so small and fits way too tight. The directions provided are brief and not a lot of help. It would be nice if the pieces really fit together. I'm looking for another headset, but I will go to another manufacturer. Sorry, Plantronics.

I love the headsets, but spending that much money every year is horrible. need to make the batteries last at least 2 years for that price.

Unlike many products sold these days, I didn't have to buy a new headset when my battery needed replacing. Score!

Did get full refund from reseller, but then went to source, Plantronics, for advice. Thoroughly helpful and knowledgeable customer service rep. New battery in headset for a few weeks now and works great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Money well spent! My headset was dying after about an hour and a half of use and I did not want to be tethered to my desk, I had to do something. Management wasn't willing to buy me a new headset but I talked my way into a replacement battery, now I'm set for the day. Typically I only go 4 hours between charges but a few times it lasted 6 with no sign of fading.
