They Definitely delivered, they fit and work as expected. As others have stated,they can tear,but if properly gripping the ear tips by the base where the solicone meets the hard plastic and turning into place,when attaching them to your device,they will not tear Once they're in they're in,dont mess with them. THey break too easily andI have to pay for replacements. I don't understand why Plantronics has not made the "hearing aid" style ear piece for this awesome headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still not a very good fit... EXCELLENT SERVICE / FAST SHIPPING! I LOVE the way the my Plantronics Voyager Pro functions and I have been recommending it to others. Easy to set up and use and the sound quality (both in & out) is GREAT!. The ONLY issue I have is with the earpieces. This unit ships with medium size, which are too large to fit snugly in my ear. So I ordered 3 of the small size, which turned out to be only a slight improvement in fit...These are not very snug either. Were it not for my eyeglasses holding it in place, it would not stay on my ear. Just something to consider if, like me, you too have unusually small ear canals. Even so, I have no intention of returning the unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable I bought these ear tips a few weeks ago. Mine had broken and I was using the larger tip that had come with the phone when I had bought it . I soon found out that the larger tip was extremely irritating to my ear. When these new tips came and not only had the plastic piece, but also had a grey sponge piece that went over the plastic piece, I was skeptical. I immediately replaced my old ear tip and was amazed at the level of comfort!!!!! The grey sponge piece helps with comfort,but also helps with reducing outside noise. So happy I bought these. They were worth it.

I lost the only one I had, and just could not bring myself to throw the device away. I ordered the medium size, and with the foam piece installed, the headset fits great, and is very comfortable.

THIS WAY, IT WOULD FIT IN EAR BETTER WITHOUT PINCHING OUT OF EAR AND FITTING POORLY. Also I would not be complaing as much if the volume was higher. If the gel fit better, I would not raise the volume as much.

The original and spare have both broken and it costs more to ship these than to purchase them. I believe that if a retailer is going to sell these, they should also have the accessories to go along with them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dissapointing eartips The eartips are comfortable to my ear and look good, but in the presentation, the video states that they have been tested for up to 8 pounds of pressure, and yet I always have them brake after one or two months of constant use. I dont think people should pay for them, this should be a free replacement to the customer. I believe everything else in the product is fantastic.

The driving noise overpowers the device unless you push it in toward the ear so the ear bud has a tighter fit which means steering with one hand. A soft ear bud that fits more into the ear canal would be better. I modified one of the provided ear buds with a cored out soft foam ear plug that works quit well. Perhaps a ear bud redesign is indicated.

The ordering was easy/ the delivery was quick/ but the foam ear pieces will not stay on.  Nearly every time I remove it from my ear after use, it falls off.  I love the bluetooth, and I am very disappointed since I did not have this issue with my original.  I had been using that for well over six months before losing it.

But he didn't include the eartips which I kept asking for and for which he kept saying "D-oh!". A year and many D-oh's later, I still didn't have them. I just couldn't use the unit in all that time because it kept popping out of my ear. Finally, it occurred to me (my own D-OH) that I should check on the Plantronics.com website and, TA DA!, here they were. I ordered them and TWO DAYS LATER ( plus no shipping!) I was wearing my earpiece with this new little gem and prestowallah, it stayed IN! Why, oh why, did I wait so long?! (Don't answer that - ha!). Oh, and finally, I can hear in the car - and people can hear me - so I can stop using that stupid speaker on my cell phone. You know, the one that picks up every single sound from the highways and magifies it 10 billion times? Yeah, that one! Nothing beats the calm peace of my soul when talking into a super eapiece that DOESN'T KEEP POPPING OUT OF MY EAR! ::skipping.down.the.road.tra.la::

The covers disappear in short order and the silicone tears away from the mechanical hard plastic attachment fixture far too easily. This should be designed as an in the ear canal instead of "on the top of the canal". It would provide better fit and noise canceling characteristics. Additionally the on off buttons require too much force to engage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poorly Designed The Voyager Pro is a wonderful headset, however the ear tip is poorly designed. I've had my headset for a couple of years and have one complaint; I have to hold the earpiece inside my ear to hear the call. No longer Hands-free. Defeats the purpose.

Once the silicone part comes off the plastic part it is impossible to get it to go back together and stay.

I tried using the large one from when I bought the headset and wearing one that was too large was unpleasant. So I bought a replacement. It has performed fine. I have never noticed an issue with it not fitting well. Does it fit down in the ear, not really. This has not been an issue. This is not a product to put in your pocket. It is meant to be on your ear.

The ear fit is not very good and I also have a problem with having to hold it against my ear to hear what is being said when I am in a place that is not quiet. A better fitting ear piece would make it a great buy.

The smaller size fits better however it is difficult to put the cover on and it easily falls off so I'm left with just the rubber ear piece which doesn't feel as comfortable. I use this all day on my job and the dispatch can hear me just fine. I have to keep pushing it in so I could hear better, which wore the bud out. The buds should be available through a dealer W/O extra shipping.

Ordering was fast and easy. Although I probably should have gone with the smallest size, I can use the medium which were easy to install on my bluetooth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Eartips I travel for work and drive 5000 miles a month. I have my voyager pro on all the time. I had my first one for 2 yrs but got put in laundry, so I'm on my 2nd one. I would bet it will last longer than my phone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ear tips keep breaking The eartips for the Voyager Pro do not live up to the quality of the device itself rendering the unit unusable until replaced. The silicone tip falls off after a couple of months and cannot be reinstalled effectively. Poor design of a simple, yet critical component. Order a backup supply if you choose to use this device frequently.

As a truck driver who wears her bluetooth allll day fit and comfort are utmost right next to audio quality & noise suppression. These tips came very quickly and are a perfect fit!! I love em!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Fit I bought new tips for my Voyager Pro in hopes that the Bluetooth device would fit more snugly in my ear, but I was sadly disappointed. I know it's an older design and I guess I have to reconcile myself to its poor design. I hoped that a more snug fit would make it feel less like the device would fall off my head, but that didn't work. I guess it's time that I buy a better hearing device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent price for replacement ear cushions Plantronics has made it super easy and economical to order replacement ear cushions. While these cushions do not help with background noise, they are reasonably comfortable. I only gave this 4 stars because they seem to be too prone to tearing at the seem of the plastic mount, insight of being careful with them. I'd also like to see a combo pack, as I was to sure what size to order. Luckily, I guessed right with medium. The black fabric covers are a challenge to install, and I was concerned that the cushions would tear in the process, but they did not.

I am considering taking the unit back for a refund as I broke the small one in three days. I am on the medium one now and it does not fit right and I have to keep pushing it in and or holding it to hear with the volume on max/high. The quality of sound and noise reduction to whomever I am talking to is great. I can't hear very well though.

I susupect there are opportunities to improve (change shape to fit ear canal? increase rigidity of rubber?), but I'm satisfied with them. Mine broke, so I ordered a replacement. Afterward I found some eartips which I'd received when I bought the headset, and stashed away for 'safe keeping'! LOL!

Good replacement, the only reason I put 4 star instead of 5 is that it is very hard to tell the size of the replacement eartips until you receive it. It would be nice if the dimensions are mentioned in the item description. I actually needed large, but I bought medium, but I can still get by.
