doesn't fit
I am NOT going to thrash this productfrom what I was told I had the proper model but it doesn't fit.so whether or not it's good or bad I do not know all I know is that the tube was supposed to be for this model but it doesn't work

Doesn't pick up audio well enough
Callers on the line complain they have a hard time hearing me. I have a loud voice too, and unfortunately have to really speak up further (disturbs my neighbors).
