Love the sound quality, hate the assembly!!
I love the comfort and the sound on this headset, but for the second time, the lift button on the side of the head set has fallen off and therefore cannot be used. Frustrating!!

I appreciate the feedback, however since the O rings are the only things that I need for this headset it would be nice if these were sold separately as I do not need a ton of extra earpieces. The O rings break frequently and we have ordered the set of earpieces and have not used any of those but have used all of the O rings in this package. Plus the cost to keep purchasing additional earpieces that go to waste just for the O rings is ridiculous. I hope that your "team" will put together and offer just the O rings for this headset.

Uncomfortable with bad call quality
I use this headset at work -- I work at a call center -- and this is the most painful headset I have ever used! The earpiece causes a lot of soreness in and around my ear and I cannot have it in for more than 30 minutes. I have tried the different sized earpieces that came with the headset and none of them are comfortable.
The call quality is also not great. The volume button does not help at all and I feel like all of my calls are very quiet. I really do not like this product and I would not recommend this to anyone.

WH 210 Replacement for Savi 730-W
The replacement headset and charger cradle works fine. I am sad that the original headset quit working so soon after purchase (within 5 years)

Feels Great
I love this headset. The sound quality is good and it feels great around the ear. I do commercial real estate and make a lot of cold calls every day and I highly recommend it.

Breaks easily
I like the product. I've owned it for years. However, I replaced the over-the-ear headset less than two months ago and the mouthpiece wand separated from the rest of the unit. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Works great except for sm rubber rings breaking.
I like everything about this except the small rubber rings that hold the earbud onto the unit keeps breaking. There is no way to purchase these little rings and without them the earbud is wobbly and falls off. I'm down to my last one and use this on a daily basis at work, don't know what can be done after this last one breaks as the headsets are to expensive to replace.

Love that I can get replacements!
Would have been nice just to be able to replace the battery. Always satisfied with Plantronics headsets - they are the only headsets we use for our business.
