Rated 5 out of 5 bydbenavides from Sound Canceling seems to be an issueWe are using Ring DNA and it appears to be an issue with how to setup Mac mini and Savi440W for sound canceling. So far users are not happy, is there a way to make them work right, these are not cheap headsets?

Rated 5 out of 5 byDongle_broken from On my second dongleLike others here, the dongle broke after 11 months of use. There are no visible cracks or damage, but seems to be something internal (when the dongle is plugged in, Windows doesn't recognize it - tried all USB ports including ports on other laptops) because the dongle gets warm to the touch even when it's not recognized by Windows. While my employer purchased this headset for me, having it break while waiting for another one is extremely inconvenient. If I was buying this product, I would not recommend it. Other than the dongle, the headset is great (which is the only reason why I gave it a two star rating). If I buy one for personal use, it will not be Plantronics.

Rated 5 out of 5 bykimT from Great HeadsetI love this headset, good sound quality, light weight, and doesn't pinch my ears - however, I have been through 3 of them in 2 years. They just stopped working for some reason? That said, I just ordered another one hoping this one last longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 byandy90 from Battery IssuesI work in a company where we are constantly making calls from our computer and most of us have the Savi 440, we are around 40 users with this product.It is a good looking headset, the first month we didn't have problems, but in the second month the battery didn't last more that 30 minutes before it started to make noises and shuts down, the mic stopped working and even the battery runs out while is in the wall charger.It is a very expensive headset for the problems it is giving, we can't complete the meeting anymore unless we use another telephone or we connect our mobile headphones

Rated 5 out of 5 byJoseO from Very poor performance on Mac OSI have always had Plantronics product and they performed very well. This last headset (W420-M) is *really* bad. It does not work with Microsoft Lync on Mac OS but what's a lot worse is that it stops streaming audio without any indication. When not in a conference call, I usually hear music thru Google Music or Itunes. Suddenly the music streaming will stop but the applications will continue "playing" the music. You need to stop/pause and restart the music in order to listen again.

Rated 5 out of 5 byomoeller from Great Headset, Dongle a messHeadset of great quality, battery is lower than expected but as it can be changed on the fly it does the trick for me. The required Dongle is a shame, like for other comments here my dongle is permanently attached to my docking station and does not move, nevertheless the plastic on the hinge broke within 5 months, a shame for such an expesive, professional headset. Not sure if/how I might be able to get a replacement ...
