This product solves a major problem for the hearing impaired
Most employment requires the use of a phone. Traditionally business phones are land-line (not portable) with a console keyboard. The MDA 200 Adaptor used in conjuntion with the SSP BlueTooth transmitter allows one to answer phones and hear thorough the Phonak ComPilot system clearly. The combination of these two items is allowing me to work where I wish and not dodge using a telephone. your rep was most helpful and in some cases more knowledgeable than the Plantronics tech that I contacted. Please tell your sales people that thie combination MDA200 must use a computer or it will not function. The MDA200 installs drivers into the operating system of the computer enabling the MDA200 to function. When the MDA 200 is working, pairing the SSP to the Phonak Compilot is easy. Just remember that the Compilot must be in the pairing mode prior to inserting the SSP into the MDA200. When this is done, the SSP when inserted will automatically seek out and pair with the Compilot. None of this is explained in the Plantronics SSP instructions. I researched this, making several call to Plantronics and working with my Doctor of Audiology. Everything works great if you install correctly. George de Moss

great product
i have used for about 5 months and cant go anywhere without it. syncs up instantly with my softphone on my laptop. love it
