Upon arrival, the cushions were too large and we did have to return them. A model number would have been very useful to prevent us from ordering the wrong item and having to return it to your facility.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from not a good fit While these looked like the ear pillow that fell apart, when I received them, they are too big and don't fit on my Plantronics head set.  It's just about impossible to buy only the ear pillows.  Looks like I'm going to need to buy a whole new head set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware: Wrong Size You can't tell from the website, but there are different sizes. I needed the ones that are ~1.75 inches and these are ~2.25 inches so they don't fit. I guess if they fit your unit, that's one thing, but I can't hardly "recommend" mine to anyone.
