Product Reviews
Paladin 110 Non-Impact Punchdown Tool is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Basic, low end server for a very small business or light use remote office. If you just need a domain controller or file server, this should suffice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I inherited one of these servers when I took over two years ago and within ten minutes of my first day it had crashed. It stabilized eventually for over a year and then I made the mistake of adding more memory (the first set was from crucial). This memory did not work so I took it out and put the original 4gb back in. It started crashing every four hours, no bsod, no event logs, just frozen. I added dell OEM memory 4 x 4 GB sticks. Now it doesn't freeze, just kidding same thing. No apparent memory leaks, no over utilization of processor...in short stay away if you have a chance to pick up an older unit for a good price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I'm currently using this in a small office deployment. I've had some problems getting the drives to be consistently recognized by the on-board RAID controller, but all in all, it has been pretty steady. Nothing special about the machine, just an entry-level tower server.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We were looking for a simple, low-cost, and quiet development server. We had read on Dell's website that people were complaining about this server being too loud. We decided to take the technical spec's advice over the reviews and were happy we did so... It is actually very quiet, for a server, and is fine in an office environment.Overall we are quite happy using this as a development box in our office that runs pretty much 24/7.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from As a consultant, these things were the bain of my existence. Lots of hours spent on the phone with dell trying to troubleshoot, to no avail. Several dead motherboards, servers boot to a black screen on reboot, servers that lock up after a few days... we started quoting t310's for entry level servers just due to all the trouble these caused us. They came out with the t110II after a while, and they're probably fine, but the originals were junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We use several of the servers as AD/DNS servers at our clinics. We have also loaded Hyper-V on them and run Spiceworks RDCs in the VM. Works great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent entry price and scalable up to a xeon 3400 16GB DDR3 if buying in on the low end. Comes preconfigured for RAID as desired. Easy to get around in the chasis. I also bought this to use as a vShpere server and it's been great (specs meet requirements in VMWare compatibility list). I've heard the concerns about the fan noise from others as well but I have not experienced this. I do not tack out the system frequently though.
