Rated 4 out of 5 by Yeah. All righty, I bought these headphones 320-M. I saw some negative reviews on it, but I decided to give it a chance. With a little bit of background tweaking in the audio department/section of my computer, they sound like HD headphones. The headset is soft, it doesn't over heat, the microphone is a little fuzzy, other than that they are good headphones. May 26, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Distracting, unimpressive, minimally sufficient Setup is simple, plug it in and everything is working.  The audio quality is ok.  Volume is low, my ancient headphones have better sound, and when the microphone is on, if my breathing isn't silent I can hear it.The biggest problem is the mute notification that cannot be disabled.  Every 15 minutes, there is a loud beep (louder than anything I'm listening to) reminding me that my microphone is muted.  It is totally unnecessary (there is a red light on the unit showing mute, an icon in my application showing I'm muted, a light on my laptop showing I'm muted, and I'm no longer able to hear my own breathing) and extremely distracting when I'm in a conference call.After multiple calls to support, I have determined that Plantronics considers this problem to be a feature, and provides no way to disable it.  The Spokes software will recognize the headset, but there are no device settings for it.  Until this is corrected, I highly recommend choosing a different headset. Rated 1 out of 5 by Skip the 300s and go for 200s or 600s We ordered the 300s when our supplier was unable to obtain additional C-210M. They are horrible, they pick up back ground noise from the office and are hard to hear on. The 200s and 600s we have are a much better quality and have not had any of the problems with them that we've had with the 300s. We had to send the whole lot back because of the issue, and we tested more than one to make sure that it wasn't an issue of getting one that was defective. August 12, 2013
