Unreliable printer
Perhaps the last two of these we purchased were part of a bad run that were recently manufactured. We purchased one only to have the print head bite the dust within five days out of the box. We purchased a second one and sure enough the same thing happened. Now we are on the third one; hopefully, as the saying goes, third time is a charm!

Failing Mainboards!
We have used OKI 420n printers for years with out any issues. Lately, we have had one fail and have sent it to a service center for repair (which was not easy as all of them around Atlanta have closed and OKI wont update their site).
Well, we have went through 4 (about to be 5) brand new OKI Data 420N-Black printers in less than a month! They work for a week, and then fail with a mainboard failure.
