Product Reviews
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Remote Desktop Services - license is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 232.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Server 2012 had a ton of new features. Some of them were great, others may have been misguided. As far as it being solid, I have not had a single issue with it and the welcomed introduction of doing NIC teaming within Windows was a great thing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I think the decision to make a server interface touch friendly may have been questionable, but glossing over that this is an excellent product. I think most people will prefer R2 but if you are using this you should be fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product, We have upgraded most of our Server 2003 clients to Server 2012 or 2012 R2 and the systems for the most part are working well. The Cluster and Failover features are a plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Microsoft windows is the father of all. This OS is so large, and with so many new features, it can be difficult to figure out if it will benefit you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Microsoft's best server OS yet.Simplified Versions and LicensingZero hardware restrictions on Standard. So good that there has been a lot of skipping over 2008.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The OS itself has appeared very stable and reliable. I've managed to keep servers running for 90 days + without many issues. The only reason why i haven't given this 5 stars is that awful start menu. I can understand it being in windows 8 & 8.1 because they might be running on a touchscreen and it's nice to use a full screen start menu on a touchscreen but when was the last time you had a business critical MS SQL Server running on a touchscreen or a tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Windows Server 2012 was a most welcome upgrade to this fine server OS. It brings with it some huge improvements across the board. Server 2012 also comes with PowerShell V3 built in, supported by a wealth of new cmdlts, and remoting enabled by default. Hyper-V is massively improved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from After getting over the shock and to a certain degree of annoyance of the Metro interface it isn't bad for a first attempt. From a server perspective go with R2. You will save yourself headaches!
