Lenovo Y Gaming Precision - mouse - USB is rated4.00 out of5 by4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very large mouseGood precision and nice surface textures. I also like the balancing weights. I down rated for two reasons, the mouse overall is very large. I would say that I have an average hand size and it is not comfortable at all in my hand. Additionally, the placement of the side buttons makes the front buttons almost unreachable without readjustment of hand position. Overall nice construction and responsive but I will be going back to my Razer due to it being near unusable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sensivityI've had a few gaming mice, but I love this one. The removable weights let me have as heavy or light of a mouse as I want, and combine that with really high DPI settings, makes for a really sensitive and controllable mouse. In my case all the weights and DPI set to 3200, makes it so I barely need to move the mouse to look around. The construction of the mouse is also very nice, feels really solid, and it fits well in the hand, although I wish they had rubberized the textured grips on the side. Overall a very nice product. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works greatGives me the functionality that I need in a wireless mouse. Most of the time I am working on the road so I don't want wires because they would easily get tangled when packing/unpacking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mouse with quite a few extra featuresLikes:-Great mid-range gaming mouse. -Well priced, and very adjustable including weight & buttons. -I love the addition of the reprogrammable volume up/down buttons and the page up/down button.-Additional weights (5G) are a neat touch. I ended adding all 5 to my mouse. -The mouse feels good, I can lift the mouse while holding it (I do this in FPS games), and it is comfortable. Dislikes:-Larger mouse, so people with small hands might have a hard time using the mouse.-Weights were very difficult to extract from the packaging. I had to bang the packaging against a table until they became dislodged.-The mouse does not slide as well as my previous mouse. I believe that will improve with time and additional usage. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional customabilityThis is the best gaming mouse I have ever owned, and I've had some very expensive models. The customability of this device is incredibly versatile and the dpi settings assure that you will never miss your target. My only complaint is a personal one but it is a little large for my hands so I occasionally tap the wrong button on the sides. Other than that, this is a perfect solution to your gaming needs! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great feel and comfortThe mouse fits well in my hand. As shipped it feels light, but there are 4 5g weights included (in a black plastic Y shaped container stored behind the mouse's inner packaging). You open the Y container and the weights are there. Extracting them it tricky because they are set tight, but if you tap a bit on a table top they weights will fall out. I recommend using them. It makes the mouse feel much better in terms of control. There are instructions int he owners manual about how to open the compartment on the underside of the actual mouse to install the magnets. The mouse uses a clear beam that you cannot see. Be careful with looking into it. But don't be alarmed if you don't see a light. If your pointer moves on the screen it is working. The mouse is supported immediately in Windows 10. There are two buttons that don't function with the native Windows support that control volume of sound. Apparently these require using Lenovo's software for the mouse. The web address is in the owner's manual trying to go to it returns an error message with a list of phone numbers around the world. I'm thinking the mouse is so new that all the software support isn't yet available. Controlling sound form the mouse is a nice feature but not a deal breaker. I am curious what other adjustments the proprietary mouse software might include. The mouse tracks fine on a table or desk surface without a gaming pad. Wind you can adjust the dpi sensitivity with a click on the mouse from 1200 dpi to 3200, I don't think a precision mouse pad is necessary. If you already have one, fine. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the priceIt feels a little big at first and I do wish it was a little heavier or rubbery(er) but the buttons are in a good spot and for the price it's exactly what I need it to be. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Go Wrong HereFits perfect in hard, very sleek movements, weight additions gave it a huge control boost making it helpful for gaming and precision designing. Does have a wired connection but never has there been an issue with that in terms of mouse control. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Mouse for everyday use!Full disclaimer: I got this mouse as part of the Lenovo VIP program. With that out the way, let me tell you that this is a really good mouse. I really like the way it came packaged. Because this is a wired mouse, the response is immediate. One down side of this is that the mouse is very light. I appreciate the inclusion of the 4 5g weights. Adding them make the usage more comfortable and precise for me. The length of the cable is more than enough for laptop and desktop, even if the desktop is on the floor below a desk. The mouse has a good flow across my desk. The wheel and buttons feel solid and the clicks feel strong. I love the color accents that matched my laptop. The extra buttons are a welcome addition. I think this is a solid mouse for someone who is looking to upgrade from the regular mouses one can find everywhere. Once you add the weights to the bottom of it, it is a comfortable mouse to use. I've had a really good time using it so far. The size is excellent for my average hands. I would love to see a wireless, rechargeable variant in the future.
