Rated 5 out of 5 bybrunano21 from No working external monitors on LinuxI'm using the dockstation with Ubuntu 16.04 (kernel 4.7.3) but I cannot get multiple external monitors working if they are attached to the dock station. They work fine and as expected if they are attached directly to the laptop via available ports. Sorry, but that's an indecency.

Rated 5 out of 5 bySTCJeff from Very convenientI recently replaced a Lenovo W530 laptop and similar dock with the P50 and this dock. The dock has enough ports for what I need and makes my desktop much less cluttered. My only complaint is that this system (not sure if it's the dock or laptop) does not boot correctly about 1/3 of the time when in the dock. It either hangs on a 'Lenovo' screen that can only be seen by opening the laptop, or boots with the desktop duplicated at incorrect resolution across all monitors (I use 3 currently). Simply rebooting fixes these issues 100% of the time so far, so it's mostly just an inconvenience. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 byakhnaten from Works with P51 and Ubuntu 18.04 (dev beta)I have been using this docking station with my P51 running Ubuntu 18.04 (dev beta) successfully for a couple of months now. I have an external ultra-wide monitor, keyboard, and mouse connected to the dock. Using the default configuration it works as long as I plug the laptop in when it is powered off and power off the laptop to remove it from the dock. I have not tried using sound through the dock. All the little problems I have run into are caused by Lenovo not publishing drivers for Ubuntu, not the dock itself.
