Wonderfully Compassionate, Fast Service!
I bought an LG external CD/DVD drive which is wonderfully featured and normally very sturdy. (I had owned one several years ago.) surprisingly the USB input dislodged after just over a month of use. I happen to be disabled and in a wheelchair. I can’t drive so I can’t get to the post office myself. The company arranged for a very compassionate and fast exchange. I had my brand new drive in no time at all!
This sword of service I thought was gone forever in this day and age. I’m certainly glad that I purchased from LG and will continue to do so in the future!
