It works very well as a headset for making cell phone calls, offers a long battery life in between charges, and quality sound for music and calls. Neckband vibrates when a call comes in and also to let you know if it's on or low on battery. Super easy to set up straight out of the box. The headset automatically shuts off when not in use for a long period of time. The app helps to track it if you misplace it. I received it as a gift but would definitely recommend others to purchase it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null The sound quality is great. It is easy to use and manage. The areas of improvement would be the earbud fit. I find the earbuds do not fit as well as I would like. I would also extend the cord attaching the power port cover. The cover tends to get in the way during charging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null The Jabra Halo Smart is a great device; however with many quirks. The most amazing aspect of the device is its fantastic battery life. The sound quality on calls is also great. However, let me warn you that music playback is not as pleasing. Also, the shape of the headphones are not very easy to plug in, nor are the ear plugs a great fit. None of the ear gels offer me a good fit and hence keep falling off intermittently especially when moving my head sideways or looking up.Probably a normal apple (iPhone) type ear plugs would have done a better job than these at staying put in the ear. Also, I strangely got the headphones to connect to two devices simultaneously; something which was not mentioned in the brochure or online. That was a pleasant surprise. Also, the Siri function key is great. Also, it would have been great if the multi-function key was placed away from the volume keys. Its difficult to search for it by hand unless you locate all 3 buttons and then move your finger to the middle one. Overall it was a mixed bag for me. Go for it if battery power and call quality is paramount; with the occasional music indulgence which may not be a great listening experience.

Everyone can hear me well and i have no problem hearing anyone. And it looks good. The controls are easy to operate. The vibration level and placement are actually pleasurable. Other products cords get easily tangled. These stay in place and the magnets make sense. The flexible neck band allows a better fit than ANY other product. These readily transition from inside too outside my collar. They never slide off to one side. This is the first Bluetooth that allows my sweet whispers be heard by m love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I've used the Jabra halo for about a month now. First thing I noticed- ( and was a major motivator in the purchase)- was that phone calls were very clear. That is my primary use, as with my work I am on the road frequently. Battery life is great. I go 2-3 days before I charge it. It hasn't run dry, I just want it ready to serve the whole day. Why not 5 stars?---Because the ear pieces do not stay in for me. The headset comes with four different sizes, and after trying them all, they tend to slip out. If the silicon ear sleeves were a little textured, or non-slip it would be better. They are way better than Apple earphones, but isn't everything. Music sounds good when they are in, but they pop out.
