Rated 5 out of 5 byBob11 from 2nd Paper trayLove this feature as I sometimes want to use different grades of paper and having to paper sources to chose from is a handy way of doing this with very little effort. Also certain times I might want to use a pre-printed letter head like a Christmas letter and still need to print other things so the two trays come in very handy.

Rated 5 out of 5 byNCISAA from Printing of envelopesWhile the additional paper tray has made printing envelopes somewhat easier, there is still the matter of designating the paper tray. Unless I have missed something in set-up, the machine does not automatically select the envelope size which makes it necessary to constantly switch trays.A couple of machines ago, the all-in-one (also an HP, I think) had a feature on top of the paper tray allowing manual introduction of envelopes or different sized paper. This worked very well when only a few envelopes or a single legal sheet were needed.
