It has promise to be a strong helper in my online University classes. And I am very satisfied with the design, the convenient Wi-Fi use and connectable/dis-connectable accessory. I am glad I bought it.

And yet, this HP comfort grip mouse is a tiny fraction of the cost. So go ahead and treat yourself well and get yourself this comfort grip mouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good everyday use mouse Works well for work, casual browsing, and games. I like how the battery is accessed through the top of the mouse, something I have not seen before. It comes with 2 AA, which haven't died yet with about 3 weeks of heavy use. The click is not very loud and a small ring/bumper around the edge of the bottom of the mouse allows the mouse to glide across any surface with ease. However, this bumper collects dust very fast if your mouse pad or other surface is not clean. The scroll wheel sometimes also squeaks this unpleasant grinding noise, which is somewhat rare, but a real pain when it does happen. Besides that, this mouse is very comfortable to use and a purchase that I'm glad I made.

Unfortunately, after using the mouse for several minutes, it starts getting all jump and unpredictable. HP Tech Support tried to help but to no avail, so I had to switch back to a wired mouse.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst connectivity ever? I've used the mouse for two weeks, got it for work but put it in the drawer. The mouse feels like an old mouse pre-lasers when things got stuck so the wheel wouldn't move... I've tried the USB-dongle in both my HP x360 G4 laptop and in the USB-C docking station and the connectivity is bad in both with the mouse being 20-30 cm away from the reciever and it being the only wireless 2,4 ghz in close proximity. Also no extra buttons...

The only downside I found is the bluetooth connectivity, because it only seems to work with the provided USB (bluetooth) adapter. I can not get the mouse to sync with any other bluetooth adapters, such as the one built into my laptop.

It is very comfortable on my hand, great weight, smooth design, designed very easy to exchange batteries and the batteries seem to last forever, at least like 1.5 to 2 years, before they need changing and I use 40+ hours a week.

I did not know what a dongle was or to look for one on the box in which the computer came. After several conversations with HP people in the Philippines, I received a credit that more than covered the cost of a new mouse. It appears HP considers directions an anachronism, buy if my computer had come with them, I would not have lost the dongle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth! I love everything about this mouse! It has a very smooth feel and the matte black look is very beautiful! I am also happy that this came with a battery. I took it out of the package, plugged it into my laptop, and put it to good use. No issues and I have been using it for about a week. There is also a storage place inside of the mouse for the usb chip; extremely useful if you’re a traveler and don’t want to lose that little guy.
