I also used my desktop to print and I printed a form from a picture on my phone, unbelievable quality and ease of set up and ease of use. This is the best printer I have ever had so impressed with how fast and neat the printer is. I love the look and feel of the entire thing it is a very nice quality printer I signed up for the ink and I could not be happier.

Set up was a little fishy as I over looked the wi-fi connection and could not get printer to respond but after going over them one more time I was able to setup printer and be on my way

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome This is my second HP all in one wireless printer that allows you to connect using their HP Smart app to do a plethora of printing. I had to admit this is bigger than I thought it would be, but that is my own person 'duh' because it is designed for small business and not just a personal printer. It has two trays that together can hold an entire ream of paper. It has a digital screen panel control that help accomplish tasks anywhere from the initial set up to scanning, printing and making cool brochures. You can connect via wifi using your router network, a connection to the computer with its own direct connection, USb or bluetooth. I have it connected to my wifi router. And , as was true with my other HP wireless printer, this caused some small issues with maintaining connectivity. It might just be the way my ISP and router is set, but I had to go in an give the printer a static IP address because some of the devices in my house (we have 4 computers, 4 phones and a tablet) had trouble discovering the printer based on the home network name, but easily found it based on the IP address. If the IP address changed (which they do in this case because of the way DHCP leases are set up in my home router) then those devices sometimes thought the printer was not online. It is fast, the print is crisp and clean and I love using the app to print documents from anywhere. One other thing to mention, the initial set up takes you through a lot of the HP marketing stuff which can be declined. One that seems really attractive is the Instant Ink program. This is a great option, initally, as you can get ink replacement at a deep discount. You set up your account through HP, set up how much ink you think you'll use in a month (this can be adjusted later if you find you use less or more), this will be used to set a recurring, monthly charge from your credit card/bank account. HP can tell when you are getting low on ink and will automatically send you ink before you run out. As mentioned this is offered at a pretty nice discount over buying replacement cartridges in a store. It is a great option if you plan on using and keeping this printer for any length of time. One caveat, if you replace the printer or cancel your instant ink enrollment, the instant ink cartridges will no longer work in your printer as of your effective cancel date. Even if they are already installed in the printer, even if you have some stock piled ready to be installed, yes even the ones already paid for. So for this printer, I declined the instant ink enrollment, since even with the discount I lost money from the last printer I had. I just didn't print enough (even though I was in the lowest possible enrollment tier).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Home Office Printer/Scanner I've had the pleasure of using the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 AiO Wireless Printer for the past couple of weeks, and it is a fantastic printer. Starting with the unboxing and physical setup - the printer comes fully assembled and all you need to do is plug it into a wall. Wireless functionality can be set up without any tethered pc connection. In fact, the printer has a very neat mobile app that assists with setup. Additional software can be installed to your PC to take advantage of the smart functions (scanning, fax, email, save to network, etc.), but for just printing, Windows 10 picked it up immediately without any need for installing software. Piece. Of. Cake. I'm now utilizing the scanning function daily, and print quality is great. I look forward to trying out printing photos once I get my hands on some glossy paper. It will take a lot more time to assess the longevity of the toner cartridges, but the printer did come with what seemed like full size cartridges. Haven't seen any notice of low ink/toner yet, so far so good. Printer also prints pretty fast, which is a nice plus. I have it set up in another room, but can't really hear it printing - noise is very reasonable, and seems actually pretty good. Overall, I'd trust this printer to keep up with my business and personal needs, and think I've made a great choice purchasing the model I did.

I had some bad experience with the first HP officejet pro 9025 All in one printer but after having that sorted out and a correctly working one sent to me I was able to follow the directions and get that thing out of the box and setup and printing within minutes. It would be ideal if you have someone around to assist you in taking that thing out of the box cause it is much heavier than it looks. I would like to point out that the directions could be a bit more clear so you don't end up breaking anything. If you are used to using HP printers you kinda already know how the process works to get to the space where you insert the cartridges. This printer however will only let you open the space if you lift the top loader for the scanner and the second part which is the glass for the scanner. I saw my mistake after trying for a few minutes. I saw the videos too on how to set up and once I started to insert the cartridges I noticed that they did not snap in to place making a clicking sound. The first one am went in place but when I was putting the second one in the first one popped out like a slice of bread out the toaster. So I watched the video again and this time I pushed the cartridges in with a bit more force. After that I closed the top and started to answer the questions and since it requires a computer to finish the setup process I went and grabbed my notebook and it was extremely quick and working so far to this day with no issues. I have been printing from various devices and copying. I like that it is quiet and prints very fast. I like that the printer does not shake or make any over the top noises. Printing from the backyard of my home or from anywhere in the house as long as a wifi connection to my router is enabled is a breeze. I had family members who would come over or friends that would bring their laptops and usually they would connect to my printer using the USB printing cable and I taught them all how to print wirelessly from their device without having to squeeze their laptop in on printer table or start to mess with the cords. They all picked up on how quick and easy it is to print without needing to connect via the USB printer cable. I like that you can set the printer to what time you want it to turn on each day to what time you would like it to turn off that day. Also you can set it to just turn off everyday at a certain time. That is a real plus in my home or office since it saves money and won't stay on all day when it isn't used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Speedy and High-Quality Printer The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 produces prints with excellent printing quality (certainly enough for most consumer applications) and prints extremely quickly. If you need an all-in-one printer (Print/Scan/Fax) with a slew of convenient features and prioritize speedy printing for time efficiency, the 9025 will be a solid choice as long as you can nab a reasonable deal. Though not exclusive to this model, you also get a 4-Month FREE Trial of HP Instant Ink which is HP's ink delivery service that automatically ships you more ink when your levels are low and has a flat monthly rate for a set number of printed pages. I'd recommend everyone take advantage of this promotion and cancel at the end if it isn't for you. Personally, I signed up for the highest monthly plan which would ensure I get the most out of the trial. Take in mind that if you cancel the service, any remaining ink in your Instant Ink cartridges will be locked and unable to be used with your printer. You will be shipped an extra set of cartridges as soon as you sign-up and so will already have a full second set of ink ready to go for when needed.

Now we get a Print Head Error several times a day on the new 9025. Each time we have to remove the Print Head, Turn Off Power, Put it back in, Turn it on. This is unacceptable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't print on card stock/photo paper properly I paid top dollar for a "quality printer". It is so messed up when it comes to a specialty paper/ Tray 2. It only uses this if you empty Tray 1, jams more than it prints and the images are not properly centered. I've wasted more money on specialty paper than this printer costs!!! There is no way to get help to resolve it, and I'm not sure if it's unique to the MAC. It works fine for regular paper and on my WiFi

I had bought 2 of The Office Jet Pro 9020’s and they are THE BEST printer for our home and business. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try. They are quiet, fast and also print on 65 lbs card stock without any hiccups! I print well over 1000 pages a month on either card stock or regular copy paper without having to change any settings or deal with paper jams.

Printer is fast, colors are accurate although I do not need printing in color much. Wifi connection is strong and scanner works perfect. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scan dialogue box too tiny, and defaults to 2 I'd rate it higher if your scanning dialogue box were more legible and usable. In its present form, it is much too small -- 1/4 of the size of the one you had on the model 6968, which I had for a few years. I cannot understand why your company and/or your tech people cannot or will not fix this (which is it?). Yes, when superimposed on top of the one from my 6968 it fits in a single quadrant of the scanning dialogue box for that one. I'd like to know: Is it HP won't fix it? Or HP does not know how to fix it? One of your customer service reps has view my screen and seen the problem, and agreed with me; she said she would report it. HP should be able to update the software automatically to repair this. Another problem, IMO, though a lesser one, is that when opening the dialogue box it defaults to 2 pages. We should be able to set the default for that. Again, on the 6968 it defaulted to 1, which covers most cases. And with the dialogue box so tiny, it's easy to miss.

Called the tel # for Lear instruction, the tech wants me to get them a credit card number or checking account. I hang up on them. I called a local tech that I paid to set it up and it was fine. I love it.

The 2nd one works, but is slow to retrieve paper and very loud! This was an upgrade from the Officejet 8610 that had a printhead error. Thought I was upgrading to a better printer, but not impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic upgrade for a overworked Envy 5055! I run a small eBay business by myself. I've gone through a lot of different printers and I think this is the One. Started out with a small Canon laser printer. Decent enough printer, but I have pets and people with asthma in my house, and I could see the little clouds of particles ejected during the printing process. No thanks. Concerned about ink usage, so switched to Epson EcoInk printer. Never again! These things, especially the newer models, are catastrophes. Expensive up front, constant paper jams (particularly if you actually fill the input tray past 2/3), sucks ink like you wouldn't believe, endless head cleaning cycles required, intrusive software package. Moved to a HP Envy 5055 on instant ink. Great printer, quiet, didn't need to clean head every day like the Epson's, fairly frugal with ink. However, it was a little on the slow side and overworked with my print volume (600-900 pages a month). I also decided to get a printer with 2 automatic feed trays so I could start printing sticky labels out of one tray, and regular packing slips out of the other. Bought this guy at Best Buy and so happy I did. It's extremely fast, sips ink (which is not expensive to begin with), and the dual trays work great. I have 3 HP zBook's that I am very happy with, and should have just gone to HP for my printing needs to begin with.

We do a lot of printing and copying at my house between my teenager, husband (business owner) and myself. This printer was easy to set up (took about 10 minutes, lightweight and fast. I love the colored digital display and the option to air print from our mobile devices. You just connect the printer to your WiFi network and download the HP app and your good to go. The printer came with ink but I also found that when I run out the ink was fairly priced online. So far I have used the printing, scanning and copy feature - all worked perfect. I also appreciate not having to take the paper out and flip it over when copying things, it copies both sides on its own. Overall I highly recommend this HP printer!

The copy to be copied needs to be placed in the top left corner, not the bottom right corner as has been for so many years. The changing of usage is difficult to handle.

Had to turn off the firewall on my virus protection to get the printer to connect to my Mac wirelessly. When I have to print documents in the morning I have to shut off the printer and re start to get it to connect to my network. Tried to scan a 13 page document and the best I could get was 3 pages and the printer would stop scanning. It has a lot of great ideas but they don't work.

It takes forever to type in an email address, so you'd better store it in the address book. We've had numerous issues setting up the wifi connecting to the network and the scan to email feature still does not work after numerous chats with HP tech support who said it was a server issue (it is not). We had no problem setting up the scan to email with our old 8620 which had similar software. I think it would be best if you could set up the printer via the panel itself instead of via computer at 123.hp.com. Other than setup issues, printing and faxing are no problem. I think this printer is more suited for home use rather than small business.

The Wi-Fi capabilities allows me to set up in anywhere I please. There is no need for any extra cables and I can quickly print from my cell phone or tablet when needed. I have printed, copied, and scanned on this printer and it has done exceptionally well. No need for troubleshooting, this printer works like a breeze! My wife, college professor is always in need of making copies and/or printing for her classes. Fifty copies in no time flat! It has been used significantly in our household over the past several weeks and I was worried the ink cartridges would not hold up. After hundreds of copies and printouts, there is still plenty of ink. Overall, an excellent printer. I would not hesitate to recommend immediately!

The printer looks cute out of the box and I like its compact size with full functions of printing, scanning, faxing and copying. I have used it a few weeks and one of my my favorite features is two side printing which is rarely see in printer within the price range. The printing quality is better than every ink printer I have used and even close to my old laser printer.The printing speed is also impressive. I like the large tray volume and its mobile printing. The app run smoothly without any problem on my phone and it is so convenient. The only down side is a little bit pricey.

It literally took me less than 10 minutes to set this up and download the app. The fact that it connects to the internet without anymore cords is seriously impressive. Every single outlet is taken in my office so the wireless connectivity was definitely needed. I'm in love with touch screen and how simple it is to print. The print quality is amazing. I definitely recommend this printer and know you won't be disappointed. It also has a low price instant ink delivery which is great, that goes by how many pages you print. The ink seems to last longer than most printers so this printer is definitely my favorite.

I have owned an HP printer before but this one takes the cake on user friendly. I am so excited about having this printer and I have told everyone that I know about it. I find that this printer was super easy to set up. I love that connects to my wifi and that I am able to print documents from my phone. The print quality is awesome it took about 9 seconds to print in black and white and 10 seconds to print in color. It also prints documents faster then my old printer. I amsuper impressed that i am able to print ,scan, copy and fax with this printer which is exactly what I need to function my daycare. What's great about this printer is that its Energy Star qualified which means that you're not using too much electricity when using the product thus saving you money in the long run. I highly recommend this printer to whomever is looking to buy a quality printer.

Now this ones has overpassed my expectations. To begin with the setup is sooo easy. Take it out of the package, plug it in, install the cartridges and print out the ink test and that’s abou it. I love all the features of this printer, for example the fact that you can print something from your phone using the hp smart app pairs everything easier. Another great feature is that you can get all your files from your google drive and just print them in a blink of an eye. I like this new option that this printer has which is that now you can print a double sided page with having to flip the paper over, it will automatically flip it for you . The touch screen on this one is amazing, in it you can find The HP Smart app allows to to print, scan, set up tasks, monitor your ink levels, and scan to email all from your phone or tablet. the cartridge on this one will las longer than the usual hp printer, I have been using mines a lot during this month and still have more than a half amount of ink. Overall I would really recommend this new amazing printer to everyone looking for the best printer at a reasonable price

The reviews I read about this OfficePro were almost uniformly excellent, and they were RIGHT ON! It's a delight to use: the little LCD screen, together with the online user's manual, gives you all the guidance you need, in clear, concise instructions and (for spatially-challenged folks like myself) excellent diagrams and illustrations. It pairs flawlessly with the print function on my iMac , it scans to the computer very well, and it's also remarkably quiet. Am just really happy with it.

I would usually forget to do them when I would get back since I get so busy but this made life easier. I can now print things when I’m not in front of the printer and grab when I return. Love how this unit does not take a lot of space but is packed of features. Does excellent jobs print pictures as well. There is nothing I think this can not do. My friends and family are just amazed at the remote printing since that is a feature not to many people are aware of that is in new printers. I’m happy I upgraded to another hp since these have been the highest in reliability and ink cost is very reasonable. Love how they offer the xl cartridges.

Set up was not a snap. Inserting cartridges onto springs seems a weak point. My major complaint is the amount of vibration this machine causes when printing. I move it from a desk to the top of a 3 drawer file cabinet and the whole cabinet shimmies when the printer is printing.

We get "HP Recognition" points, and can use them as credit for HP products - basically as money/discounts on products we want to purchase from the company. I didn't have enough to pay for the entire cost, but got $100 off. It really wouldn't have mattered if I didn't get a discount. The product is incredible. 1. It's hooked up to Instant Ink, and we've already received our first ink delivery. 2. It holds one entire ream of 500 pages. 3. The printer setup was done in 5 minutes to multiple computers - no muss, no fuss. 4. Printing is fast, two sided, and exactly what I wanted. 5. I picked this printer because it can print AND scan two sides at once - can't get any better than that!

There were no drivers and no manual in the box. Just ridiculous poster that told you how to install the ink cartridges and that was about it. HP customer support was also clueless as to why it would not work. Terrible product. Terrible support. I finally took it back to the store, and exchanged it for a different brand that was $40 cheaper and I was printing within 15 minutes. Absurd to waste all that time on a terrible product.

I had to move to working remotely during the COVID pandemic and my little home printer just couldn't handle what I needed. Set-up and connecting to our wifi was quick and easy. The printer has two trays, which was important to me, and while they're not high capacity for a whole office to use, they hold enough for this type of use. The speed is very good, better than a lot I have had in the past. It's a little noisier than I hoped but not horrible - mostly annoying because my home office is rather small; in a larger area or one with a lot of soft surfaces, I doubt it would be an issue. Copies are good quality. I've not yet tried to scan as I have a dedicated scanner. I'm anxious to see how well the ink replacement service goes but I haven't had it long enough to need it yet. Overall, I am glad I purchased this.

We have had that laserJet for going on 20 years and it still prints fine, but this move will give her more features too. And coincidentally, I am typing this just as my new HP computer has arrived via FedEx! I am replacing my 9 year old HP Win 7 machine with one with a solid state drive and Win 10 :-)

From opening the box to having printer setup was less than 20 minutes. Thank you for making this process really easy. One thing that really sold me on trying HP Printer was the HP App. I liked the idea of being able to scan documents that I can automatically save to the cloud, email, or print. This time saving ability was amazing for me and my small business to keep documents organized and simplified for tax season. Printing is very fast for documents. Overall printing is quite too which is important. I love the ability to have ink delivered monthly through the monthly subscription program that HP ink provides. In past running out of ink and waiting for the new ink to arrive was a bit of a pain so this having the constant monthly arrival is great for me to stay on top of printing and business tasks needed.

As a busy tech junky, this printer does everything I need when I need to do it. Its connection with HP Smart makes my life easier. When I am on the go and need to print a contract that I just thought about, I can print, get home, sign, drop it back on the printer, and scan to email on my way out the door to my next appointment. The wireless functionality works flawlessly even when connected to a VPN, the software package that comes with the printer is simple and intuitive to use. HP's instant ink service is a breeze to set up and highly recommend it to anyone that prefers convenience. Another aspect that I really like is its ability to do double-sided scanning, previously I had to manually scan the documents my self if I wanted them double sided. My only suggestion to HP is make the touchscreen on the printer bigger as it has really small text when using the Fax functionality, the number typing becomes particularly hard. Other than that, this a wonderful printer with great printing speeds, amazing software, and wonderful scanning capabilities.

The printing possibilities are endless and it comes with 2 trays for paper including envelopes and even an adjustable expander so I can fill the trays with various sizes which includes card stock. Then there is the ability to scan, photocopy and even set it up for fax. I adore the simple setup which gave pretty much instant access to printing from my phone and laptop, and with my Desktop it was as simple as downloading the right software. I can easily print from 5 different devices without worrying about having to set up every time on the different devices with the wireless connectivity. You could even download the App on your mobile devices and it makes it a breeze to print multiple documents and having access to them all through it. I am beyond amazed by this printer and am so happy to have kicked our old printer to the curb.

I did have a little hiccup with printing but got it taken care off. I work from home and having a trustworthy printer is a must for me. I print contracts and also a lot of marketing material. The options to choose the quality of printing are much better than my old Canon printer. I also use my phone to print when I am on a hurry. Another feature that I am in love with the scanning app. Boy that is FAST! The HP OfficeJet 9025 comes with a small touchscreen display which allows to navigate all of the functions with ease. And there are 2 trays for your convenience. To say that I am impressed is an understatement. I highly recommend this printer!

This printer has by far surpassed the previous models with print quality and capabilities. The touch screen is easy to use with simple instructions on printing, fax, copy or scan and also maintenance. I also like that it is wireless and I can send documents from my phone directly to be printed. It is two-sided and that is an advantage for me because I print a lot of pages that have a front and a back to them. I also like that it has two paper trays so I can print different sizes quick and easy. It is much lighter than other printers as well which is a bonus because I take my printer with me when I travel. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone, it is a plus that I use HP instant Ink and they ship my ink to me anytime I get low without me having to contact them.

The only change I would make is to the tray where the printing exits, as I would make it a little longer and more secure as the tray was on my HP 8600 printer.

I had purchased a large number of print cartridges for my old printer but the sales rep stated they would replace any unopened cartridges with new ones for my new printer. The set up of the new printer went relatively smoothly. I have one issue in duplexing documents. i can’t get the documents to duplex long sided, even though it is set that way. After 30 minutes trying to find out how to connect to Customer Service, I chose to chat. After 1.5 hours chatting the solution given to me was to move my router closer. How does that impact duplexing? Very frustrating. After three weeks and two emails to switch out my print cartridges I have not received a response not even an acknowledgement email, I’m considering sending this printer back and buying an Epson. Like the printer overall, but trying to resolve these issues has been extremely disappointing.

I researched the market and identified the HP 9025 as a similar product. I've owned it now for about 2 weeks and I'm right in the midst of a job hunt so I'm furiously printing out resumes and scanning various documents. It was up and running literally within 5 minutes of it arriving at our door. It is quite a bit more compact than the HP8600. It does everything faster and more intuitively than the 8600. We could not be happier

It had step by step instructions and videos for people like me who need images lol to make sure it's right ,so putting in the cartridges and test printing was super easy and actually fun for me lol. Now that I have the printer I can't stop printing literally everything! The images are uber clear and the color is beyond amazing. Another plus is the wireless printing, so, whenever I need something printed quickly from my phone it's a quick 1 2 3 and boom whatever I need is there in a hurry. I've had bad experiences from the printer at my job, everyone uses it and it takes forever to get the papers I need. With this printer my files are ready in a jiffy without the long wait. I love everything about this printer and I can't wait to promote my business and print fun activities for my son!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome output Silent machine I bought this printer at a discounted price as an INSIDER for my honest feedback. This printer came as a replacement / Upgrade to my previous HP office jet pro 8715. I am not a big fan of Inkjet printers due to the per page cost of printing. However, there certain projects that works best with Inkjet printers than Laser printers. So I keep at least one Inkjet printer. What is Good About it Printer looks sleek, Premium and well built. Very easy to hook up with Wireless network but I use it on Ethernet for no apparent reason. It works well and very quite for an inkjet printer. I used an HP 8715 which did deliver above average results but quite noisy. 9025 is fast and precise in printing color photos / texts compared to 8715. Scanning function is not much different from other printers. I have not used it as a fax so no comments on that feature. I really liked the large paper tray in this machine. It has two different slots depending on the requirement; user can chose both or just one paper slot. Two sided printing works well but takes little "getting used to the process" time. What is not So good about it The only one feature that may take this printer off from the buying list of some shoppers, is the cost per page of print. While it is not a surprise or hidden thing, ink jet printers with ink cartridges are usually expensive compare to a ink tank or laser printers. HP made it even more difficult by introducing a new chip in the ink cartridge that prevents users relying on after market ink cartridges or generic ink cartridges for the time being. The stock cartridge yield is very poor so be prepared to buy new cartridges within a week or 2. That is the only downside of this printer.

This is the best printer I've owned till date. It has tons of features, but in a small form factor, It prints really fast. The print quality is amazing. I have not printed a lot of pages yet, but I've noticed that it is very quiet. I have scanned a paper and the scan quality is good. I was not aware of it, but I am surprised to know that this printer can scan 2 sides. Thanks Hp , now I dont have to manually scan 2 sides. Like I mentioned, I did not print a lot of papers yet, so I cannot comment on how long the ink will last, but the specs claim high yield ink compatible , And the most important feature for me, is this printer can connect to a mobile device and print directly from phone. I am in love with the printer. I would surely recommend it to my friends. i am android person and me having all in my phone which matters a lot and this printer being WiFi is the best , also another important if you use printer a lot sign up for ink program , its great program that Hp has .. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I had an older HP Officejet which worked OK and finally wore out so I did some research and purchased the 9025. I am so frustrated at this point I would chuck in the garbage except for all the ink I purchased. Here are the issues thus far: 1) The network connection (WiFi) will not hold for more than a few hours. I have had technical support on the line more times than I can count on both hands. To get the thing to scan I have to reboot the printer and the computer and even then the results are dicey. I have given the printer and the computer static IP addresses. 2) The scanning area is not 100% percent of the paper. It leaves off about a quarter inch on the top and side. 3) Color pictures are awful. Is that enough? And now I'm on the phone with technical support again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality I purchased this 9025 to replace our HP 8740 which is also a quality product and we were very happy with it but we use our printer a lot and attempt to upgrade when HP comes out with a improved product or the latest version of the one we have. The 9025 has basically the same excellent qualities as our 8740 but is smaller in size and has a little more capability in work functions. It appears to use less ink but has the same fine printing qualities and the ink seems to dry a little quicker. We do not have the problem with the tray sensors that the 8740 experienced. Constant warnings and reduction in printing speed. Also the 9025 ties into our smart phones a little better (At least it seems to). All in all we are very pleased with the 9025 and certainly would recommend it to others. Also if you have a limited space this will accommodate it better than the 8740.

This one is really cool. it is completely all in one! the most important feature that I like the most is the wireless function and the app. it is necessary in todays world. Hp also has this 4 months of ink free which they give the ink for the next 4 months which is really good. buying expensive ink and cartridges is always a bummer. printing speed is acceptable I think each paper around 2 seconds. The scanner is also fast and high quality and also it can be managed through the app which is cool too.

The first replacement did not work proper fax components defective. The next one was spitting out extra sheets after printing. Finally with third replacement all is well. I hope I can say this months from now.

I tested being out of the house and printing from my phone and when I got home it was there ready for me. The huge paper capacity will definitely put me at ease knowing I have enough paper. The double sided copier is one of the fastest I have used. The quality of print reminds me of my office laser printer but at a fraction of the cost. This printer is feature packed and an absolute breeze to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this printer! I recently got the HP OfficeJet 9025 and this thing is a beast! I can honestly say that printers have come so far in technology. This thing is completely wireless from everything to installation (there is no install cd anymore!) to printing from your phone. When I first pulled this out of the box, I realized its pretty big. Its big in terms of height rather than width. Its the same width as my other wired printer so it doesnt take up much room on the desk. The height of it is about double a traditional printer but honestly thats ok for me because it has the dual paper tray so you run out of paper not as frequent! After I got it plugged in and turned on, I stuck in the ink fills. These are a little different from what Ive used in the past. We have all dealt with the ink that leaks all over your hands and creates a hot mess. These dont leak-like at all. The best part is that its instant ink. That means that you can sign up with the HP site and when your ink gets low, your printer sends a message to HP and they send the ink before you run out! All you have to do is send back the empty ones. It does cost money but its honestly cheaper this way. If you print 100 pages a month its $2.99. For each addition 10 pages its $1. Breakdown of this is if you buy the HP ink from say Walmart, you are paying $50 a cartilage. So $100 for all colors (tricolor is one set). If you do this 2x a year, you are spending $200. If you just "rent" the ink, its only $36 a month. If you print more then, you can up it (I think it goes up to $10,99 a month). Even at the highest level its still cheaper than buying the cartilages! After you get the ink installed its time to set up the printer. At first I was a little confused because there was NO install kit. Im old school on somethings. After I found the QR code to scan, the install took less than 3 minutes. I will never go back to having a cd to install software after that. lol. Basically the printer connects to your wifi. These means that you can connect it to anything that runs on wifi whether its your tablet, phone, ipad, whatever! So after the whole 3 minute install I tested out my print page. As you can see in the video, it prints fast and the ink comes out dry so you dont have to worry about smearing it or letting it dry. The print itself is fairly quiet so it doesnt sound like a jet airliner taking off. The best feature for me about this is that I can print from my phone. I hated how I would get something in email and I would have to log into my laptop to be able to print. With this I can just hit print from my phone (I dont even have to be in the same room!) and it prints. I can print from google drive, my photos, whatever. This is definitely a game changer. IF I want to install it on other computers or tablets (my husbands phone so he stops bothering me to print. lol), all I need to do is send an install link to them and boom its done! Overall I am impressed beyond words with this. It prints based off wifi. It prints quietly and fast with no dry ink time. I am super pleased with this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent AIO that meets all my needs Let me say this first, I have owned quite a few various HP products in the past, and in all honesty, i have hated every one of them for one reason or another. After a few weeks of trying out the officejet 9025 printer, I can say that this is the first HP product that I actually like and don't regret purchasing. I really like it's automatic double sided printing and copy feature, it definitely saves a lot of time from having to do it manually. The dual input paper trays are great, no more having to swap between my two paper types every time I go from photo prints to document prints. I just load my normal paper in tray 1 and photo paper in tray 2. This printer is very feature rich and to be honest, might be too complicated to properly set up some of the more advanced features for the technically challenged. The printer itself can be setup in a breeze, even set up in a networked environment instead of a USB cable direct to a computer is simple. However, the more advanced features, like scanning to a network folder - NAS or SAN - requires a little techy knowledge to set it up properly or a lot of trial and error testing followed by a lot of patience until you get it right. The little touch screen is nice, though not very responsive. It appears that the touchscreen is a resistive touchscreen instead of a capacitive touchscreen, which is fine, you just have to put more pressure on it before it responds, unlike the touchscreen on, say modern day cell phones that responds with just the lightest of touches (capacitive). One feature i'm still trying to remember about is the ability to print directly to the printer from my phone. My previous, old, printer didn't have this. So I'm still finding myself emailing documents to myself and then printing from my computer, but I'm slowly remembering I can do it directly from my phone now, even when I'm not at home. :) I think my favorite feature of this printer though would have to be the HP Instant Ink program. You pay a monthly fee to have ink automatically sent to you, but you're not paying for the ink but instead paying for the number of pages you print per month and it doesn't matter if it's a photo print or a black and white document print, it's still counted as just 1. so if you print a lot of photos, their instant ink program could potentially save some money in the long term. All in all, i'm liking this printer and it's wide range of features and I can see myself getting full benefit from the HP Instant Ink program as well. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the full color photo printing speed is very slow, like super slow. But document print speed is fast enough for my needs.

As a new business owner having a powerful printer that can handle the workload of printing handouts, colored copies or your normal daily printing of documents is a must have. After using this HP printer life in the printing world have become so much easier for my employees and myself. I am a bit old school and prefer a hard copy instead of looking at it on the screen, this printer is amazing and does exactly what my business need. The attractive look of the printer showcases the white and gray pair perfectly goes with any color in the home, office or even dorm room. The warm, clean look with a very nice bright screen that is easy to maneuver is a plus especially for beginners. The easiest set up I have ever done; it was a breeze and was done within minutes of plugging the printer in. No smudges. Simply crisp professional documents as they come onto the printer tray. When I say I have tried all the types of printer paper on the market to ensure I can print from all; I have loaded envelopes, glassy paper, the highest quality of HTV and of course your regular printer paper. Hands down this little printer is a true work horse and every document came out perfect. Another plus is being able to receive free ink with affordable prices when its times to pay for ink. I will most definitely recommend this HP printer to all my friends and family. I never realized how bad my other printers were until I got this little workhorse HP Printer and put it to work. This printer has been absolutely amazing, HP have a new loyal customer and I will consider other products in the HP family.

My biggest complaint is the the output paper tray does not hold the paper flat and after several sheets they start flying to the floor. Very poor design. The other complaint is the touch screen is very small and not nearly as well designed as the old one on the HP 8620. When entering information such as the pin number for google drive, the screen almost seems to lock up and the numbers end up not being able to be entered properly unless you keep touching the same number until it shows the dot. When printing single sided we accidentally had tray 2 selected for the paper (but the paper was only in tray 1). Instead of it just printing from tray 1, it ended up printing a sheet and then trying to put it back in while another was printing, resulting in multiple paper jams. This happened repeatedly until we found the setting and changed it. Again, very very poor design. Another, issue was I was trying to print from tray 2 double sided, it ran out of paper and should have gone back to tray 1. Instead it first spent at least 1 minute waiting for each paper to "dry" before printing on the second side for each sheet (this is much much longer than normal double sided printing) Then gave an error that there was no paper in tray 2 (but there was paper in tray1....it just wouldn't use it). Scanning was another issue. When downloading the software the recommendation is to use HP Smart, which works for most things. However, it won't scan a pdf to the computer using the printer menus (I believe it does work when using the computer menus instead) Instead, one needs to install the full driver software. The scanning feeder tray is also very small and won't hold nearly as many papers as my HP8620. Overall, worst HP printer I have ever owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more frequent paper-loading! The thing I like most about the HP Officeject Pro 9025 is its paper trays. They are deeper than any printer I've ever owned! I'm able to load 250 pages into each one, for a total of 500. That's an entire ream! It's lightning fast, too, printing up to 39 ppm b&w and up to 20 ppm color. It's like having a laser printer without the expense of drum replacements. A scanning resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 is great for archiving important documents and photos. I find it interesting that this printer is only intended to be used with cartridges using an HP original chip, though. If someone decides to use aftermarket ink, the Officejet Pro 9025 may or may not accept it. I use HP Instant Ink, however, so this limitation doesn't affect me. In fact, I highly recommend the program because it prevents users from having to keep track of ink (especially since this particular unit uses four different cartridges). Setup is a breeze since everything is done step-by-step via a smartphone app. I configured mine to operate through my wireless network and was utterly amazed at how fast print jobs reached the printer. It was almost instantaneous! I have never had a printer respond this quickly.

The smart task option is definitely a plus. All in all the hp 9025 is at the top of it's class. Whether its for the workplace or a home office, i would surely recommend this to anyone and everyone that wants to speed up productivity while maintaining good and quality documents at the same time.

HOWEVER, one of the ink cartridges is defective and I have not been able to install the printer to print, copy, or scan because of this. I called your customer service number and they walked me through testing all the cartridges (which I had done several times on my own). I was then informed that it would be 7 to 10 days before I received replacement ink. I told the agent that I needed this printer for work and that the ink should be delivered as quickly as the printer. No such luck. What a shame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Windows Setup Easy; Mac Setup needed Tec. Support Received printer from HP on time when promised. "Print head missing" with error code was first issue. Resolved issue at HP Support website. Setup in Windows was then easy with no issues. Mac setup was not. HP Remote control resolved the issue. HP Smart could not find printer. Solution was to put network from public to home AND temporarily disable anti-virus. Printer then appeared and works like a champ. Scanning preview was very fast. Prints quickly, but have not printed enough pages to verify speed, seems as quick as advertised. Disable anti-virus was not in website suggested solution, could be added.

The quality of everything that I have printed thus far has exceed my expectations compared to previous versions of HP printers. This printer was a pleasant surprise. It was easy to set this printer up. I love the fact that it holds so much paper. The option of scanning is easy to use as well. Printing on both sides of the paper was tricky at first but on the second try the paper came out perfectly, after a few minor adjustments. A huge benefit to this printer is the self healing WiFi, it makes it so much easier to print from all of the devices located within my business. I would definitely recommend using HP instant ink. This is a great way to make sure you never run out of ink and the pricing is also very fair. I have recommended the HP OfficeJet and will continue to do so.

This printer has handled that volume beautifully. The second tray also allows you to press print and walk awsy without running out of paper during a job.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not real impressed as of yet! I have had this about a week now. One time I got an error message that I had a bad print head so I had to reset the cartridges. Several times it has told me that I have the magenta and cyan cartridges in the wrong slots when I didn't. The only way I could clear it was to reset every cartridge. Sometimes it sounds like the internal parts are cheaply made plastic that is about to break! This is not the usual quality that I am used to getting from HP. I don't know if I just got a bad printer or if they are all like this. Luckily I have warranty on it because I have a feeling that it will not be lasting long.

I was always able to print labels easily on my HP 8600 series, but this printer will not feed the sheet. Also, I have had to unplug/ rep lug it to clear a false “out of paper” signal after I unsuccessfully tried to print the mailing labels.

I have had issues with scanning. Also the outgoing paper tray is far too short (this is a major design flaw that needs corrected at once.

It prints normal word docs/8.5" x 11" sheets perfectly, but everything else I've tried has given me issues. Especially smaller things like photos. I purchased a stack of 40 4x6 photo sheets as I only needed about 30 and would have 10 extra. It took 4-5 trial mistakes and talking to HP technical support to get the settings right for the photo paper (which is ridiculous in my opinion) and then, using the settings that hp tech support helped me set up, I decided to print off the rest of the batch. I wound up with 16 usable photos. Out of 40! The rest wer all cut off, or mis-aligned. turns out the printer shakes just enough to move the paper in the tray out of position so when it rolls through, the alignment is off. I had to jerry rig a paperclip into the tray to keep the next set of photos aligned and I wound up having closer to an 80-90% usable rate, but it was a complete waste of my time and money. Great basic printer, but anything with smaller sheets is complete garbage.

Only after continued difficulty in trying to get my print jobs done did I begin the research for a replacement HP product and settled on the OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer and I am very happy with the ease of set up and performance.

Got for home business use during stay at home crisis and wanted a printer that would connect directly both to my iPad and Laptop wirelessly without a router; truly unique and fantastic operation. Was a little tricky to set up the wireless connections and it is a bit noisier than my HP printers at office, but overall, very happy!

This dual-tray printer has smooth paper handling, even with heavier papers. Color reproduction us excellent and the printer is surprisingly quiet in operation. I've owned it for a little more than 1 month, and I'm on my 3rd set of new ink cartridges. We use this printer sporadically at home printer with little printing use. I don't think we've printed more than a 200 pages on it. There are also a lot of error messages that come up with the printer, mostly related to the printer cartridges. It also jams easily. It's just not worth it. It's junk. After spending for the new printer and more than $300 in ink, I'm throwing it out and purchasing a new printer. Maddening.

The 9025 is a little hard to get used to with the two paper trays. Haven't really had time to use very many features. Do wish it came with a manual with pictures of course. I've been using this to print homeschool workbooks for the last month and it's already starting to have issues. It's much more expensive than other heavy duty printers. The output tray is awful and I can see this breaking soon. It doesn't push back into its slot very smoothly, so it needs to be jammed in sometimes. The paper jams a little too frequently. Trying to print double sided pages ends in missed pages, paper jams, and long wait times for the ink to dry before it can flip the page. I have not yet used the other functions so I cannot comment on the scanning capabilities at this time. So far, I'm not super excited about this.

Even upon contacting a HP tech, he took remote access and could not resolve my issue. I finally went to the HP website, and feel in love with the 9020 series. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features, works beautifully and is fast! I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer a few weeks ago after "retiring" my HP 8600 Plus. I loved my 8600 and had used it in a home office environment for +8 years with no issues or complaints. It finally gave out and although I desperately searched for the replacement part, none were to be had as the model was no longer available. So far so good with the 9025 which has the same amazing features as my old printer and requires less desktop space which is a big plus in the home office! I was surprised to find a printer of this caliber with the specific features I was looking for (especially the 2-sided print) at such a reasonable price. The full ream paper capacity is a big plus as well as the mobile print option. Very pleased so far!

It took a lot of time to install and I had to call twice to get all the features up and going. It’s very noisy when it prints and certainly not as fast as the hype says it is. I got the ink program, but I’m not sure how that will go as my printing is sporadic. HP service is good. They car and try to solve the problems. Costco got the HP laser jet color printer for the same price. I probably would have tried that one instead. But I had a sudden failure.....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from There When I'm not Owning a small business and printing can become quite the tough task, but with the HP 9025 it's been a breath of fresh air. I print over 1500 pieces of paper and month for clients and this bad boy has made it a breeze. When I'm on a site and need to print things I can use the HP smart app and it's waiting for me once I get back. Taking it out of the box and setting it up was no problem, as long as you can follow simple directions and respond yes, you're good. Most products have problems sometimes connecting to the Wi-Fi but the 9025 connected and hasn't lost connection one time. One thing that you also notice is it isn't as large as you would think, back in the day all in one printer's would need their own desk but this one shares its space with our coffee maker and let me tell you the coffee maker is many decibels higher than the printer. I also like that the ink doesn't smudge, once I pick it up the papers I don't have to worry about messing the pages up due to an accident. So far this has been a wonderful device and can't wait to have it around for the foreseeable future.

I do a lot of printing but I cannot afford to pay my own ink at home so I have to stay late at my school just to print . On top of this , with the pandemic going on , my college son needs to print a lot from home too since school are close. Buying this new printer ( office jet pro 9025 fast and user friendly) with “ instant ink “ ( 9.95/month/300 pages. I used to pay 130$ per 40 to 50 pages to replace my ink ) solved all of my printing problems and saved us a massive amount of money .

I barely went through the setup instructions as the printer connected to my iPhone, computer and home WiFi mostly on its own! Once set up, I tried printing from my iPhone and computer with no issues. This printer is very fast! I took a couple of outdoor snaps on my phone and was surprised to see the pictures come to life in seconds. I will mostly be using this printer for work-related docs but the quality of the color is so good I see myself printing pictures from time to time. Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone from small business owners to more creative work printing colorful brochures or pictures.

I am a full time college student and I have a small personal business. As a student perspective, this is pretty great. My last printer didnt have air print and that was a bummer and a pain to use. This printer connects seamlessly with all my devices and I love it for that. The quality is very good and it does 2 sided printing which is great. These positives are related to my business use as well. The only part where I feel it is lacking is the speed. But this is something you deal with when using an ink printer and not a laser one. Overall the printer is quiet and has great features. My only complaint is the ink and speed. But at the end of the day, the quality is there and so is the scanning and faxing...its an all in one and it holds true to that.

However, once out of the box, you quickly realize this printer can easily share a desk with other appliances in your home/office. Setting up the printer was easy as long as you follow directions and don't skip steps. So far, the WiFi signals have not dropped and it has already ordered replacement ink cartridges for me! The feature that I find most convenient is the double-sided scanning. i run a private clinic so the need for an efficient scanner and a reliable printer are critical. This multi-function printer is very quiet compared to our old HP printer that we were using. So far, no paper jams, no misprints, no unfinished jobs, so I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone who owns a small business or just does a lot of printing at home!

Taking it out of the box and setting it up was very easy, even for a non-tech person. It connected right away to wifi, and I was up and running and ready to print in minutes. The first pages printed came out so fast and so much better quality than my old printer. I work from home a lot, so being able to print a lot of pages quickly was a great feature for me, and I quickly realized that this is a high quality efficient printer which fits my needs perfectly. I printed a presentation for a client and received many compliments on the quality. I am definitely glad I will be able to print many more.

The quality is great even when you set the number of ink droplets and quality to lower/draft version. The color ink wells are much smaller than the black ink well so be prepared to purchase ink in different intervals based on your needs. We will be using mostly black and white ink but it's great that is also has color ink options. The copier and scanner work amazing and I love the touch screen feature. I have not been able to use the fax feature yet but plan to soon.

If your main intentions are to make copies of previously printed work, this is for sure not for you. Very slow processing. Sometimes have to retry printing copies up to 5 times becuase the scanner streches the original document printing something all messed up.

Both excellent machines.I preferred the fixed output holder on the older unit. The receiver.on the 9025 must be pulled out with each new print session and it protrudes weakly out where it can be inadvertantly hit by a person walking by. However, the basic operations work flawlessly and the print quality is excellent. I have been quite happy with HP equipment and I will continue to purchase newer computers and printers from them as thy become available.

I have always been impressed with the quality of the workmanship of the printers I have had. This 9025 tray setup leaves a bit to be desired. Tray 2 is flimsy and hard to adjust paper sizes where as I my old 8086 was built like a tank. The screen on the 2025 is very small and very confusing to navigate. Certainly I will learn. In setting up scan to email I had to contact tech support for assistance and was told that the printer sent did not have an updated driver. Hmm! Printer speed for color documents is slower than my 8086. However it may be the fault of its interface with windows 10.

After I got by the initial installation issues, I have been successful at testing duplex document printing, greeting cards, thick paper stock, envelopes, labels, the copy function, and have successfully got the scan-to-computer function working. Ink prices are very good and print is crisp, clear, and colors are true. The reason I dropped my rating one star... My home network is a wired, internal net, and I do not need the printer on my Wi-Fi. I could not get all of the features working when I had it in a wired configuration. After fussing with it for two days, I threw in the towel and reinstalled it on my Wi-Fi - everything started working, including the incessant nags about instant ink. I'm happy with the printer, but occasionally it drops off of Wi-Fi and has to be restarted.

The printer was easy to install (and I am not a techie) and it prints much faster than the 6700 that I replaced. So far, I am happy with the purchase.

Not only that it has all kind of modern features in one but also it's lightning fast. It also has a wireless connectivity - I do most of the printing through my phone which makes it super easy! The quality of the picture is outstanding and that's one of the best printers I've personally own. If you're in the market for fast, all in one printer this would not disappoint and will do the job!

It resists hard work, it is very fast and at the same time the scans are also very efficient, ink performance very acceptable, the design is beautiful and attractive complementing the decoration of my office, it is the ideal equipment for work at home. The sharpness of the prints is very high, I'm really in love with this fabulous machine. The only details that I would like to be improved on my dear HP team for the future would be the following Photographic scans lose fine details of the resolution Copies or scans through ADF had slight failures Slow to start at the beginning.But the positive characteristics far exceed these infamous details and will not change my equipment for others, make my daily work easier and the fulfillment of my commitments, it would be more difficult if I did not have them,Having an all-in-one HP wireless printer is great, simple to use, intuitive, economical

Pros Quickly access and print documents and images on your smartphone, from Dropbox and Google Drive. Super fast setup up ( less than 20 minutes) and with cloud connectivity and security built in = Assurance that we can really work everywhere and know that I can print / scan /edit even if I am not at home! The Smart app even allows you to get tech help at the touch of your fingers - This is really the next evolution in Smart Home & Work! * We tested the ability to remotely print by having my teenager print out his homework from inside school on the other side of town = #impressive Instant Ink is a must have you save a ton of money, time and energy trying to chase down new Ink - they also send you a pouch to recycle your old ink in and send back. My only complaint is that my printer is heavy and big - but I will take that trade off for all of the benefits! It does not function the same, the screen is far smaller and difficult for some to read, the outgoing faxing is very slow and only sends/scans fax pages when there is fax connection established so you cannot send multiple faxes at the same time which does not work in a small office of four people, the menu options to view outgoing faxes is difficult to get to, icons at top of screen are very small, buttons on screen are small as well, finding some settings can be difficult to find, main menu selection set up is backwards, paper feeder has a low paper capacity even for copying a large document. Just not satisfied with this newer model. It would be nice to have the 8630 available as this was not much of an upgrade..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic All-in-one Printer With its 30+ page document feeder for dual sided scanning in one go, this is a great all in one printer. Setup was pretty straightforward and I was able to connect it to my wifi without any problems. I ran the update for it after it connected and also downloaded the phone app. Being able to print from the phone via pictures you take as well as scan documents (on the phone) and send it to a preferred location (online storage or print) is pretty cool (you do need to set up an online account to use that feature) Scanning documents is fast. It being able to scan both sides of the page without having to do two passes is absolutely amazing. While this will not replace a dedicated document scanner, it does come pretty close and for most homes / home offices I think it would be sufficient. The quality of the print is superb and the touch screen panel make the choices on what to do easy to select. I am not sold on the ink subscription plan, but it might be advantageous for some. I did not try out the faxing capabilities of this printer...but it is there for those that need it. I received this product at a discounted price for this honest review. I would be hesitant about buying this at full MSRP as the cost of print cartridges over time will add up (it should last for 800+ color pages and 1000+ b&w before I will need to purchase new ones though). Ink does try up (as opposed to a laser printer with toner), so I would recommend a laser printer if you don’t need to print a lot.

As soon as it arrived, I was worried that I would need help hauling it upstairs into my office, but to my surprise this printer is not that heavy. This is a plus considering the weather wasn’t pleasant when it arrived, so I did not want to wait for help and risk the machine getting soaked. Upon opening the box, I was impressed with the plastic handles that carried the printer out of the box with ease. I also loved that this printer did not have a lot of wrapping or tape surrounding it. I’ve always been a huge fan of HP printers and recently my HPCP1215 laser printer gave out after ten loyal years, so I was in the market for a replacement. This HP Officejet 9025 was a breeze to set up. It took minutes to get it running on my network and set up on my phone for mobile printing. The print quality is also superb, and the speed output is what I love the most. This all-in-one printer is large, but it replaced three different machines (scanner, copy machine, printer) so in the end it became a space saver for me. Overall, I love this printer and look forward to using it for years to come. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that is in the market for a fast printing/multi use machine

Have been committed to Lasers since the HP LJ II many years and machines ago and was a bit skeptical about switching to InkJet. Very pleased with the quality, speed and features of this new machine. And will certainly appreciate the much lower cost of consumables going forward. Glad that I was able to find this reasonably priced alternative with some nice new features.

I was honestly a bit doubtful of how the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 all-in-one was going to stack up to the LaserJet I've been using for the last few years. The price point is surprisingly affordable in a field of many printers that claim to offer huge quality at a reasonable price. When I received the printer I was immediately worried that it was going to be way too big to fit into my designated printer space in my home office. Upon opening, I was pleasantly surprised at the set up and how compact it really is for such an extensive machine. Upon unboxing, I followed the set up guide and it was a breeze. Anyone with basic knowledge of a computer could have this set up and put to work in 20 minutes. The bulk of my printing falls into 2 categories- school work and crafting. For school work, a simple color printer gets the job done for producing nice documents and occasional image printing. For crafting, I need a higher quality image, accurate CMYK/color matching, and a high dpi for crisp output. I also require that it can handle sublimation ink for my heat transfer crafts. Well, folks, I am here to tell you that the OfficeJet Pro 9025 delivers all of that and more. After a quick set up and connecting to my computer wirelessly, I did a couple of test prints (see pictures). The color match was spot on. The images were crisp and clear, giving me a photo that was frame-worthy. I would feel as confident printing my personal pictures and crafting images as I would mass printing professional looking flyers for work. I also need to not that the printer is not loud. That's a small peeve, but something that will make me write off a printer. I dont want to hear the screeches or beeps, feel my desk shake as it prints, etc. This printer is quiet, fast, and really performs. Another plus is that it is InstantInk ready. Who hasn't gone to print and realized their cartridge is at the end of its lifespan?! This printer will communicate with InstantInk and based on your chosen subscription, will order your refills as needed! Don't forget that aside from printing, this is a scanner, copier, and fax. It maintains image integrity and produces a fantastic duplication of your documents via copy and scan. There isn't really an area of expertise that this printer doesn't hit the ball out of the park. This is a solid 10/10, highly recommend. It is a behemoth worthy of business use that is just as great for home office use. The price is on point and the quality far exceeds expectations!

I received a gift card in exchange for testing and providing an honest review of the HP OfficeJet 9025 all-in-one wireless printer. Let me say, this printer met and exceeded all expectations I had. Setting it up was extremely easy, and a test page was printed within minutes of plugging it in. The initial ink cartridges that come with the printer worked well and printed very cleanly with no smudging. I was able to add 2 extra months via a referral code and additional free month code to the included 4 month free trial of HP Instant Ink, giving me 6 months of free ink with up to 700 color pages per month. WOW! Scanning worked smoothly in all tests, and the document feeder was especially appreciated. This feature saves so much time over single page scanning. I can no longer live without it. Don't forget to pull out the plastic holder for printed documents or you'll have reports all over the floor like I did the first time I tried wireless printing without being in the room. Lesson learned, and now the holder stays extended all the time. The quality of everything I have printed to date is excellent. I would not call it professional quality, but it is enough to create very nice looking reports, one-pagers, etc. It also does a good job at printing photos, if you have the right paper. The free phone app is pretty good, and integrates nicely with iPhone. I wish I could change print quality and double-sided printing settings from the iPhone print page without going into the HP app each time, but that's me trying to find something in need of improvement for a product that so far is really great. In a nutshell, anyone with a small or home-based business should buy this printer if you are due for an upgrade or need new equipment. It's the closest thing to what you will find in a corporate office, but a fraction of the size and cost. The price is very reasonable for all of the features you get. The printer is fast, and results are high quality. I highly recommend the HP OfficeJet 9025!

Very easy to do, with iPhone in hand the printer installed it self except for the ink cartridges and paper. Signed in to our WiFi easy Peasie. The printer is fast and clean print. We have the instant ink set up so don’t have to make any trips to Costco for that. We had an Epson printer which failed beyond repair in a year. HP all the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A step down from the OfficeJet 8600 Pro? I bought this today to replace my HP OfficeJet 8600 Pro which had the printer head fail mysteriously/random. It was just as cost effective to replace that printer with this one versus trying to buy a printer head for the old one...so I bought this one. This one is a little wider and deeper, but nothing too crazy. The ADF for the scanner seems to take less paper, but I never used many on the old printer. Scans via the ADF are still kinked a little bit, just like they were in the 8600, when viewing them in PDF. I had hoped HP had fixed this so the ADF would feed in documents truly horizontal. What really annoys me about this printer is it was more complex to setup for Scan to email, and the outgoing profiles versus contacts are not well documented so I went the wrong path originally. Furthermore on the old 8600, I would click Scan to Email and my contacts were right there. On this model I have to click Scan --> Email --> Address Book Icon --> Individual Contacts --> Individual Contacts (again for some reason), and then I finally see my contacts. WAY to many steps for what used to be a 2 click process... There doesn't seem to be a way to shortcut this. Speaking of short cuts, the other major "first day" gripes about this printer is there doesn't seem to be a way to reorder the Home screen icons on the printer. Apparently "Smart Tasks" which I don't use will always be first, then Copy which I almost never used on my 8600, then 1/2 of the "Scan" icon mentioned above. I should be able to reorder these icons to the ones I use more frequently... Lastly the LCD display panel has some wiggle to it unlike the old 8600. To the point where when I am tapping towards the top of the panel the whole panel wiggles and makes noise. This gives the printer a cheap feeling compared to my old 8600. All in all I feel really let down buying the top of the line OfficeJet printer from HP to have the issues mentioned above, so it gets 3 stars for now which may change int he future based upon real world experience.

I like the fact that they all like each other and play well together. What I don't like is how HP has gotten progressively worse over the last 5 years or so about production/research on issues before they spit out the next great printer or computer. This one prints very well. Copies quickly in black and white and color. Basically a perfect printer. Scanner scans quality pages into PDF /JPEG and sends flawless to my HP desktop and laptops. Wireless works and works well with my HP computers all over my office. 2 paper trays! One is pretty small, but that can be overlooked in my office because I only use the small tray to hold shipping labels anyway. But the output tray on this will make you wish you had never purchased this printer. I have seen on the boards that many people have been contacting HP for months regarding this issue and HP promises to get back with them and never does. The first page will print and bend up at the end.*See photo* The 2nd page will overshoot the first and hang over the edge of page 1. Page 3? Well, the weight of this page will force all 3 pages to hit the floor. This is with my using 8.5 x 11" pages of paper. I haven't even tried legal size / 8.5 x 14" yet, but I know that would fail miserably from page one in the output tray. I am quite upset and had I not purchased this several months ago at a store 50 miles each way from my office, I would return it. I am so sad that HP has no customer service regarding this printer. If they could offer an extender tray for minimal cost to us or even for free to admit their error, I would say I forgive all. But the fact that they don't even reply to the community HP boards on their own products/site makes me quite angry and I regret giving them so much of my business. If they could fix this one issue , I would totally recommend the printer. The fact that they don't respond to customer complaints on their own community boards regarding this one very major issue, is indicative of a company who is not really customer oriented anymore.

It is actually a plug and play from the start. The first All-in-One Printer that needs very little setup unless you want the customization from removing it from the box. First All-in-One Printer that I used that can copy, fax, scan duplex documents with just the touch of a button. It's very compact for the functions that it can perform. Nice price too, a nice purchase for the small business. Kudos HP.

Paper tray #2 (top) and the discharge tray are cheap beyond cheap. Feels like they're going to snap in half every time I touch them. The discharge tray is so short, documents fall right off the end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not up to expectations Had an 8600 all-in-one printer/scanner/copier for a number of years and my one and only complaint was the ink cost so much. Finally it died and needed a new one and the technician said the 9025 was the replacement "but better." First, much noisier. Second, less intuitive on how to use. As I recall, I set up the old one myself right out of the box. Thought I was successful doing that with this one. Wrong. Needed technical support, which was also hard to get connected with a "live" technician. I don't want a "virtual assistant" or a referral to a FAQ list or a "community." No, I paid for a piece of equipment and if it isn't easy to DIY, then at least give me a number to call in bold printing and have someone whose first language is English to help walk me through it. Don't get me started on the "instant ink." In short, within a couple of days my yellow cartridge was depleted w/o much use and the other cartridges were fine. Led me to believe this yellow one skipped quality control. My past printer cartridges came, at most, 2 days later. Instant ink, OTOH, took a week so I was printing in b&w and having to hit a button each time. Like this? Nah.

I was a little hesitant to buy an inkjet now that most of my office runs on Lasers, but I need a good easy to use scanner function for my technologically deficient father. He simply couldn't manage the scan feature on our current units thus I decided to try the 9025. Out of the box to printing took about 10 minutes. Very efficient setup that requires little actual thought, which is a plus considering many times you need a degree in rocket science to setup new electronics. While definitely slower than a laser, the print speed is respectable and quality is sufficient. The scan feature was light years ahead of my laser units and even my dad had no issue using it. The color screen is bright easily readable even for Dad's old eyes. The ability to double side print is definitely a plus that we haven't had before. We tested remote printing and that was a bonus as I can send documents to him in the office when I'm in the field. Overall, this is certainly a printer that packs a load of features for a reasonable price.

Not an involved process. Performance is perfect and the color pages are excellent. Best feature in my opinion is the remote capability of printing using the HP app on your smart phone (yes, this really works).

I DOWNLOADED THE SOFTWARE AND THIS WAS QUICKLY ADDED TO MY NETWORK. NO MORE WAITING FOR POOR PRINTING. IT IS FAST AND AMAZINGLY CLEAR AND EASY TO READ. THE SCANNER IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND THE HP SOFTWARE MAKES IT EASY TO USE. EVERYONE ON MY TEAM HAS COMMENTED WHAT A GREAT WORKHORSE THIS PRINTER IS. I WILL PROBABLY BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR MY OTHER OFFICE. This Hp printer works very well and it's very easy to assemble even connecting it to WiFii. Even with the touchscreen on the side, it works great where you can choose witch functions you need to use. I like how convenient it is to print from anywhere in your house while being connected to wifi. Overall, such an amazing HP printer that works and print nicely. Nonetheless, the quality of this HP printer is perfect, even the printing. I love how you can print on both sides and you don't have to take it out and turn the paper over and that's one of the major Pros that I love about it. I will definitely recommend this printer to anyone because, of how great it works and the functions it has. I love it.

It has all of the functions a good printer should and also has a touch screen. Copies turn out clear and readable and it prints quickly. Takes up less space and is fairly quiet operating. This is a good quality printer that does the job.

This model replaces and extends the features of the previous model and at a significantly lower price. The addition of a second paper tray is a real benefit.

Originally, I was going to buy another printer which was less expensive but availability kept getting change to future dates. After waiting for a month, I decided to look for alternatives. Came across the HP printer, which would cost less after replacing the ink cartridges twice than the original printer I was looking at. I got the printer in 3 days. Its functionality and quality of printing was as I expected. I bought my girlfriend this printer. She thought it was good looking. After using this printer, I bought one for myself as I needed a new color printer too.

The product similar to that one was not available so we spent another $100 to get this one. No, I would not recommend this particular machine.

It replaces the same model that was destroyed (daughter learning to drive - don't ask!). Easy to get ready, all the basic features, two paper drawers, wireless, all the stuff one needs. The downsides are that it is physically weak and clearly cheaply made, kind of ugly, and it takes many more screen choices than other HP printers I have had to perform simple tasks... like making a friggin copy. Ink is also expensive. Sadly, these weaknesses (delicate, ugly and costly ink) tend to be ubiquitous throughout the greedy industry. Planned obsolesence (sp?). Despite these flaws, it is a decent printer and will be worth it if your teen daughter does not drive through the garage wall into your home office!

The older model I had that went bad only after a year and a 1/2 the 8720 had much better quality. However after these 2 experience I dont think I will be using HP printers in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good All in One I bought the HP Office Jet Pro 9025 about a month ago to replace my Office Jet Pro 8600 hoping it would provide the same or similar features. After the usual getting acquainted period, I find that I like the 9025 even more than my 8600. I scan to both PDF & Jpeg, printing is quick copying is good quality. It is a little noisier than my 8600 but livable. I also like the second tray that holds envelopes so I don't have to change the paper tray back & forth. I would recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Fast Printer and Scanner The bottomline is this printer does everything you can think of. I wanted a fast printer with a document feeder and this one fills the bill. All my previous HP All-In-Ones printed like a slug. The scanner has enhanced scanning with OCR if you need it. The scanner is fast and the maximum document resolution is 300 which is fine compared to much higher on the lower priced models but I wanted speed. I had to pay a little more but got everything I need including fax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed After having a 4650 series printer for years and having ongoing, continous Had a 4650 model printer that gave continuous problems. It was replaced several times under warranty. Got disgusted with it and purchased the 9020 series during one of the troubleshooting calls on the 4650. Did not have the 9020 series for a full 3 weeks before it started giving problems. Troubleshooting by company said it needed replacing. Now I'm in the position of giving up a brand new machine for a refurbished machine. Also, was assured the remaining warranty that had been on the 4650 (almost a full year) would be transferred over to this machine. Discovered during my call with the company the warranty had not been transferred over. I'm also on the Instant Ink program and every time I'm sent a new printer, I get no starter ink to go with it and have to work it out with Instant Ink to get my supply back up. Normally about a one week ordeal to get things straightened out there. I feel as if I'm caught right back in the same mess I was having with the 4650 series and I have no intention of putting myself through that frustration factor again. I hope for HP's sake they get it right and do it quick. I have no intention of going through the mess I went through with the 4650. I am not happy with HP at this time and have no qualms letting it be known.

This might be the very best printer in the world, but after spending over 2 hours trying to get most of the features installed I have had to give up. I found it virtually IMPOSSIBLE to reach any human at HP. I did not buy a :"virtual printer:" nor did I pay with "VIRTUAL CASH" yet Hp seemingly demands that I speak to a virtual agent. Even after caving into the virtual thing I could not get it to work. This has been a very conflicting purchase. Seemingly a great printer but SO frustrating that I cannot get even minimal human assistance. I am sorry I even thought about getting a new printer at this point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Business Printer OfficeJet 9025 is a good printer for business purposes. The only issue I have with the printer is the paper tray sensor. HP paper trays use to send the "Out of Paper" notice when there was NOT any paper. Paper Tray #1 on the 9025 gives the "Out of Paper" notice with 5-15 pages remaining in the tray. Not good. Especially if you are printing checks or on other documents.

Has great features but customer service is horrible - they don't answer questions about certain things - so you're left to figure it out on your own. I have issues with scanning to email and doing things straight from the printer and not wanting to have to pull up computer and the desktop app to do it but that's the workaround. I wish someone would help me but I'm stuck. As far as product goes - its good - its quick to print. Its a good looking printer. It just has issues with Mac that are not addressed in updates yet - and then there are other issues that I just can't figure out - yet no one will help - so its frustrating. I'm still waiting on my ink exchange to arrive - its just a mess as far as CS goes.

I was in dire straits because my other printer died. This printer was very easy to set up. The only concern/complaint is that this printer needs to sit on a pretty solid surface - when the printheads go back and forth, the printer vibrates quite a bit.

When we called to report the problem, there was difficulty in returning it for a replacement even though the extended next day warranty replacement was purchased for an additional two years. It took a full two weeks to get the printer replaced and when the replacement finally came, the FedEx driver lost control of the package and it fell off of the delivery truck. She just jumped back into the vehicle, and drove off when my husband tried to talk to her. Another call to HP ensued and again we are being denied the next day replacement and will have to wait another two weeks for a replacement. To add insult to injury, HP wants our credit card number as "collateral". I have been an HP owner for decades and am appalled at the cheap quality of the printer, the print quality, and HP in general. Do not waste your money on this piece of equipment

I haven't experienced a printer that has the functions and high quality that the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 does! It works quickly which is a necessity with my business and it prints perfectly everytime! I like that there are 2 paper trays to hold alot of paper. It scans, prints, copies, and I'm able to send documents straight to my computer from the printer! It has enhanced our life so much and allowed for much easier office work! It is fairly quiet so is great to use even when I'm on the phone or when my son is taking a nap. It has quickly become my favorite part of my business!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart printer with laser like quality! I have primarily been using a laser printer/multi function device up until now in my home/office. This is my first experience with an inkjet multii function device and I have to say I'm imprssed so far! It's almost like a combination of an inkjet and laser printer in the sense that it is as quick as a laser printer if not quicker but has the quality of the inkjet!! It's an all-in-one device that has got all the bells and whistles of modern day printers including a touchscreen, wi-fi connectivity, mobile & remote printing, 2 sided scanner and printer. It also has some additional features like ability to scan documents to cloud and ability to order ink automatically when it is running low. I've been using it to print extensively for the last few weeks and haven't had any trouble with paper jams or losing connectivity so far (which I have experienced in prevous models of printers I owned) . I have also used the scanner quite a bit and that seems pretty fast as well especially the color scanner. My previous model scanner used to take a while to scan in color, but, this seems to do it very quickly!! It's also a very sleek and modern looking printer. Overall, I am impressed with the quality and dependability of this all in on device and would highly reccommend it to anyone looking to purchase it!

Setting up the printer was easy it took about 10 minutes which i find decent. WiFi signals have been strong with no interruptions. I opted for the hp ink replacement and it has already ordered replacement ink cartridges . This multi-function printer is very quiet compared to our older HP printer that we were using for about 4 years. I have had no issues no paper jams, no misprints, mo double paper feed issues. I fully recommend this printer to everyone whether or not you own a business or just like to print alot at home!

Myself I use it for personal reasons but I also love printing everything I can, I love the fact that it holds a whole ream if paper, no more "out of paper" error. Its great. I can print anywhere from 500 to 1500 pages a week for my work and this printer makes it so easy and unlike other ones I have owned, I never have any issues with the ink, the machine, or the print itself. The printing is fast which is convenient for how many pages I need at a time and the pages and ink are always crisp and pristine for me. The digital screen panel makes it extremely easy to switch between what you need and while I am pretty un-tech savvy, the initial setup was very easy to navigate through. Other pluses for me are that is pretty quiet so I can have my pages printing off without it interrupting my other activities and that it can automatically order more ink for me when it senses I am getting low.

The print quality is professional and allows me to make stunning and appealing documents of every sort. I love the smart app that allows me to print remotely, this in itself is such a help to increase my productivity. Easy to sync to Google Drive and makes my daily tasks run smoothly and efficiently. This coupled with the remote printing gives me the freedom to work anywhere and saves me so much time. The tray can hold a whole ream of paper so I always have a supply of paper at the ready. Smart Tasks help me organize my documents and are very user-friendly and intuitive. The speed is faster than any printer I've tried yet and cuts down on the burden of waiting too long for important documents to print. HP understands that time is money and with all these fantastic features and more, I am saving time and increasing productivity. Not to mention the printer is a joy to use and has everything I need and want to print professional documents and more. Highly recommended.

When I started with my 9025, I was worried that the instant ink program would be either a pain or cost prohibitive leading me to not use the printer. Both turned out to be completely wrong. I love always having ink in my printer, with options to change my monthly volume of printing. I love the “roll over” pages as I call them the ability to have pages I did not use the month before available the next month. Being on the road all the time and having a family at home that can always print and never need to worry about ink running out or needing to print and not being ready is amazing! While using my new printer, the print quality was always outstanding, and my concerns about ink coverage is so much lower knowing my ink will always be available. Wireless printing worked flawlessly I have really enjoyed using every feature this multifunction printer has!

The set up is so easy for this printer. It literally only needed to plug in one cord. Setting up all of my devices to the printer was seamless. So the few things that I don’t like are, 1) I feel like the tray that the documents come out on should be a little longer and , 2) I wish it was AirPrinter and, 3) I wish it came in black. None of these things are major, or deal breakers. I was not able to figure out how to scan a double-sided document from the document feeder however I didn’t really research it either. Hands-down the best feature about this printer is the HP Smart app which allows you to take a picture and scan a document. It’s so quick, so easy, and, so life-changing. I also do not find this printer to be very loud. I think that if you have a lot of printing and scanning needs this will meet every need and, can stand up to any demand You can’t lose with this purchase.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 meets all of my technical needs within the office, and the majority of my home needs as well!! This multi functioning wireless printer is easy to install, has no lag time, supports most devices, and delivers nothing my efficient quality! I highly recommend adding this addition to both your work, and home office!!

With easy set up and seamless execution, this makes my tasks a breeze.I had my HP All-inn-One for eight years but technology is ever changing so it wouldn't work properly and two professionals told me after attempting to get all the features working ( they just couldn't fix it!), I had to replace it and man this is just awesome! Faxing, printing, scanning and copying with the ability to use it from anywhere with the help of an app and my smart phone, just truly amazing! I'm so satisfied with this product! I would definitely recommend it.

The single pass, both sides scanning and printing is the most useful feature, it is fast in response and has handled the paper path very well. Since I have chosen to have it wired to my network, I have not evaluated the wifi connectivity and recurring dropped connection to the PC, that used to plague HP products.

I cannot tell you how many times this printer takes on a life of its own and will not print giving the message, "Out of Paper" when both trays are full of paper! It will copy a document, print from the HP Smart app, even test pages from the Printer Reports tab but not a file document. I've turned the printer on/off, unplugged and restarted several times. Nothing... think twice about buying this model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Printer - New Features The first think I realized about the 9025 Officejet printer was how much cheaper it looked than the 8630 I had been using for years. It was easy to get working as a WI-FI printer. But I thought I saw that as a FAX it could also operate at WE-FI and I was wrong. The front panel features are so small that I must use a rubber probe - which sometimes works and sometimes does not - to enter data. One of my fingers covers at least two keys at once. I really wanted my 8630 to be restored but was told that it could not, so I would have to buy a new type. The 9025 is just not sophisticated looking at all. It does print well. I hope the cable I am ordering will allow it to do my FAX work as well.

Excellent multi featured scanner/copier capability allowing single and double-sided copying and printing. I use the HP Office jet Pro 9025 to support 5 computers using Windows 10 and iOS operating systems over a local area network with WiFi and a LAN. I have only one issue with the printer and that is the paper trays as my previous HP 86xx printers had two regular sized paper trays and this new model should have offered the same or better for large print requirements such as printing multi page exams or papers for large college classes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer I love HP and their printers. The wireless connectivity was a breeze to setup. Aesthetically, it's design is sleek with the normal matte gray and off white. The touch screen is helpful for set up. It's not too small. The only con is the single tray but that's not a dealbreaker. 250 sheets is a decent amount without impeding productivity, and The ink for it won't break the bank. The printer speed is great for small to medium projects and the ADF is always a plus. I don't experience any loss in wireless connection while printing. Great buy and investment.

When I decided that now was the time to get a new printer for my home office I had no idea what I should even get let along where I should get it. Researching online, I came across this printer and I instantly knew that this was the one for me. First off that old timey thing called fax-I know a thing of the past is included which is such a plus because it was annoying when that random business would ask me to fax paperwork in and the I would have to go to the library for that-No More. This printer honestly makes me finally feel like the small business I actually am. This printer has so many functions that I am truly happy to have purchased it when I did. Also the ink really does last in it most printers will just go through ink like crazy but this one I feel like the ink has lasted much longer then any other printer that I’ve ever owned. I can’t recommend it enough if you are looking for a new printer that is a quality buy then look no further then this printer. Nothing that I have bought before has even compared to this printer and I will definitely look at HP for all my future printer needs!

It is not nearly as solid of printer in weight, structure, etc. The noise level is much higher than the 8610. Prior to purchasing I contact HP to determine what printer replaced withe 8610. I was directed to the 9025 as the latest version. The features are consistent with the 8610; however, I feel that is cheaply made. The noise makes it impossible to print while on call, as I have it placed on my desk.

It also has a major design defect. The tray that catches the copies is way too small. It must be constantly monitored when printing project has lots of pages. Pages fall off & scatter everywhere!

The printer recognizes the tray setting for envelopes allowing me to print off a document and follow right up with the envelope without having to remove the paper and replace with envelopes. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact, Colorful, Connected and FAST! Connectivity galore. Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, thumb drive and compatibility with all-in-one home network protocols. Easy set-up. Extensive menu of remote controls and settings. The OfficeJet Pro 9025 at 24 PPM is laser print fast. The cost per page is competitive. The print quality test I use is the resolution of 6pt font clarity and quality. 6pt resolution and definition is the best I’ve seen even compared to the $>1000 printer range. The scan speed and double side printing is equally impressive. The full function 3” LCD control panel is refreshingly command capable and painless. The unit size seems ridiculously small for all the capability. It can hold about half a ream in 2 magazines. Outstanding performance achievement. Sets a new standard in all-in-one printing. I have long used HP printers and HP Instant ink. I have always found them to be stable, durable, and reliable. This new model has surpassed my expectations. This was fairly easy to install. You remove the packaging, plug it in, and install the cartridges. The USB cable is not included. It connected to my wifi easily. From there you go to 123.hp.com, enter the model number, and download and install the setup files. The HP Smart app is available to print from your mobile devices. I found setup to be a breeze, and quickly had multiple computers and devices setup to print. From the touch screen you can connect your Google Drive or Dropbox accounts, so you can scan to those locations or easily print from them. I love that it can print two sided without having me flip the paper over! When using this as a copier you can select from presets for document, ID card, and photo. You can also tap the settings icon to reduce/enlarge, set a binding margin, utilize 2-sided copying, etc. It really is a fully functional copier. I do not have a landline so I have not been able to test the fax features. And now a little bit about Instant Ink. I have been using Instant Ink for about four years. Prior to Instant Ink I was buying new cartridges every month, costing around $30 per month. I spend half that using Instant Ink. HP monitors my ink levels, and sends me new cartridges well before I need them. Using Instant Ink you pay for the pages you print, rather than the ink you use. 50 pages per month is $2.99, 100 pages is $$4.99, 300 pages is $9.99, and 700 pages is $19.99. Unused pages roll over to the next month (the number of rollover pages varies by plan), and you can upgrade your plan when needed, and downgrade (which takes effect the next month). Additional pages, if you go over are $1 for 10/15/20 pages, again depending on your plan. I use a lower plan in the summer and upgrade in the fall. I love that I always have ink when I need it, without going to the store, and I'm saving money too. Also, these cartridges hold more ink than the ones you can buy so they last longer. You are provided with a postage-paid return envelope for used cartridges. The HP Smart app allows to to print, scan, set up tasks, monitor your ink levels, and scan to email all from your phone or tablet. The printer prints fast, even from mobile devices, has yet to jam, and produces clean, crisp documents and photos. I expect this one to last a long time!

It is very user friendly. However, in the short time I have had it, the paper feeder has already jammed and the feeder tray holds a limited amount of pages. The print speed is surprisingly slow as well. I wish I had bought the laser printer instead.

The only thing I’m struggling with is getting it to scan to computer. That is an important feature for our business and one I use often but I haven’t been able to get that option working yet which is a little frustrating.

It has all the features I need including color copying, scanning and faxing from the convience of my home. It easily connects to my Wi-Fi and love the self explanatory bottons which makes using this Jet Pro 2025 even better. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer for small home business I've had All-in-one printers before but this has been the best one so far. Unboxing the printer was easy and uncomplicated. Being that it is a larger printer I like that it did have large handles on the storage bag so that your able to pull the printer out of the box with ease and not fuss with the styrofoam fittings. With just a few peices to put into place the printer was basically plug in ready when out of the box. I was able to set up my printer on a shelf unit which I was unsure of at first being that it was a larger printer but its compact design of the printer allowed it to fit in a convenient area without it having to take up a lot of space. It's also very sleek and modern. I find that the size allows it to be more efficient and appealing. I used a wired connection because that works best for me but the HP smart app allows the user to set up and connect to the printer, all through the app plus it gives step by step instructions to the user to help along the way. The ink cartridges were simple to put in, just open the front of the printer and the cartridges slide and snap into place to remove its one slight push inward and the cartridges will move outward to be pulled out. Being that I needed an all-in-one printer I was able to use most of the functions almost immediately. Printing documents was incredibly quick and quiet and pictures that were printed were absolutely stunning. I was able to print a packet of documents in relatively in a short amount of time. I also used was able to use the scan feature in which I connected a usb flash drive to the bottem left of the device and I was able to save the documents with a click of a button and the same goes for copying. Images printed were remarkably vivid and true to color. The trays are able to hold a ream of paper which create uninterrupted printing jobs. The display touch screen is very easy to navigate and it also shows mini-videos on "how-to" which helps if you need help either troubleshooting or setting up. All in all I would definitely recommend this product especially to those who have a higher printing needs. It really has amazing capabilities for its compact size and it doesn't sacrifice its quality in doing so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst printer ever used! I have had this printer for more than 6 months and have had more problems with it than any other HP printer I have ever used. I believe it has a mind of own because I can be printing the same reports throughout the day and it mysteriously will change my settings for no apparent reason. It continuously will lock up and do absolutely nothing. I cannot even power down. I have to unplug to reset. I hope that one day I will come in to work and it will have committed suicide and magically jumped off my desk. I've even asked our cleaning crew to clean underneath hoping that they will drop it. I do not recommend anyone to buy this printer.
