Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 Color MFPMy company needed a multifunctional printer for a small office or 8 workers. We have Xerox Workcentre's networked but this keeps them from having to leave their office to retrieve docs.We were looking for several things: 1.) color copies, 2.) Scan to Email 3.) prints tabloid 11x17 docs.We were able to find many printers that did the first 2 but not so many that printed in color and 11x17 at a reasonable price. This one fits the bill. The color is sharp, it is fast and quiet, it has a large touch screen monitor for those with eye sight issues (we do). The only draw back is it only has 1 drawer with a side rack. The side rack doesn't hold more than 50 pages so much be reloaded often. The bottom drawer will hold an entire ream of paper though. I wish we had bumped it up to a model with 2 drawers but other than that it is a great machine.Setup was a breeze, it installed quickly and easily to our server without a hitch. The large touch screen was nice when configuring. This MFP is serving its function well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dissapointed on this HP Ent 400 M775dnI have found the setup to be complicated. I have not been able to get it setup correctly to scan or scan to email so basically we can only copy or print. The print quality is good but seems to be very slow. I do not feel the quality of this machine is representative of the cost. We have had many HP Laser printers in the past and I expected a lot more from this machine. I reached out to HP and put in a service request in which I received a case # and no one has tried to contact me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very solid productThis is a compact and very reliable MFP. We ordered three of them and all are producing great copies and were easy to configure for our scan-to-email function. The only ding I can think of was that it didn't come with a fax module, which we had to order separately. That might be on me, though.
