Defective fuser out of the box
The fuser supplied in this kit was defective out of the box and I had to return the entire kit to CDW. I am guessing that the fuser supplied in this kit is not a genuine HP part.

First time I ordered; not too impressed
Package was not complete. Did not contain instructions for installations I found on on You Tube.
There was one replacement roller not included that should have been according to the video. I brought this to the attention of your customer service and was told I must return the entire package in order to get the missing roller. I was already using the fuser and did not have another to get by while waiting, so I elected to just keep the old roller and hope for the best.
So far, all is working OK.

Great Price and product
I have checked prices online for this particular kit and no one can beat this price. Shipped quick and was packed just like it should be, perfect. I would definitely order from CDW the next time I need this product.

Poor quality
The fuser failed in 4 months. The gear do not mesh properly and they will jump. I would purchase a real HP fuser.

One of these kits is defective, each time it is placed in printer it states Fuser Bad.

We ordered 2, one was broken and stressed and the other had broken rollers
I would not recommend this to anyone. The price was better than HP only one worked. The fuser was packaged nicely but the rollers were floating around in the box. The broken one had a piece fall out when I held it up and much of the plastic was bent over and white from being stressed. The other has been in use about 2 weeks and has been fine but I was not confident in it working. We have well over 100 of the printers that use these and I need them all to be reliable.
