Very disappointed
I bought the 2-pack about a month ago, and one week later, I had to buy a new printer. So one of the 2 toner cartridges was loaded into the printer, and I still have one sitting here. Total waste of $90. The product itself has always been good for my old printer.

I use an HP Laser Printer and the toner cartridges is easy to install and works exactly like it was designed to do. No muse; no fuse.

First one ran out prematurely...had to buy more
The first replacement cartridge I bought started running out after about 500 sheets (It should have lasted 1000) so I had to replace it, thus spending 50% more than I should have. I regret buying this printer (HP 175nw)

Good for heavy printing
I do not need dual pack of Black ink cartridges as my printing is limited.
I would have preferred receiving a Drum (CE314A) instead, which is very low and was first installed 20130201.

Damaged or Defective
I installed the NEW 83A HP cartridge in my printer.
After initialization process completed, attempted to print test page. First print contained a 1/2" streak lengthwise down the page.
Loaded a Word document and printed on page with the same results. 1/2" wide black streak on the page.
Put original cartridge back in and printed page successfully without streak.
Please send new cartridge, Non-defective, to me.
Once I verify quality is acceptable, I will return defective cartridge to you.

Order process was not clear to me.
The products are always of high quality. The customer service was helpful but after ordering I received the wrong invoice number. I wanted next day service but did not find it on the checkout menu. I may have missed it but on previous orders the shipping instructions came up on the checkout menu before the order was placed. I had to go to Office Depot but they didn’t have it either. Amazon came through with next day deliver. I was delayed an extra day because of the inability to order it that way on Hp website. It may have been my error but in any case I was delayed in completing my mailings.
