Rated 5 out of 5 by1200w from Wrong SolutionThe 1200w works perfectly, but support fails to understand my need. I needed to add my HP printer as a service on my existing wi-fi network. The 1200w creates a second network to establish wi-fi access to my HP printer. To print from my iPhone, I need to toggle from my regular home wi-fi network to the 1200w's network. That's a nuisance, but more importantly, toggling back to my home network requires me to enter the network's password. As my home network uses a 10+ character secure password, toggling is not workable. I can do it, but have to read the PW from the back of my router each time I want to enter it on my iPhone. As HP won't accept 1200w returns, I am out the $70 I paid for it and still don't have a workable solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 byLIndaW from AirprintI was irritated that I had to buy this device for $80 because the iOS app I used for years to print from iPad was discontinued and the remaining app wouldn't work over wifi. The app was really slow until an update was issued a few weeks after I purchased it. It works well now.

Iphones work fine, PCs will not work with it and online support either has broken links or does not work correctly. Used Tech Support, useless, they pointed me to my internet provider. IP needed the code off the HP PRINTER!!! Seriously HP couldn't even help me with my printer, it wasn't an IP issue. I'd recommend this if you just want iphones connected, but anything else don't bother!

I purchased this thinking I would be able to print not just from mobiles but also from PC's. I spent over 30 minutes searching the HP support website before stumbling into directions. The device has proven to be flakey, having to be rebooted frequently and printing from a Mac laptop only works about 20% of the time. My Windows 8.1 tablet (which is supposedly the type of device this was designed for) has never worked wireless to this device, I have to use a USB cable to print from it.Don't waste your money on this.

Rated 5 out of 5 byGerald99 from NFC does not work except on one HP tablet.This should not be advertised as a NFC product . It only works on one HP tablet as NFC. The firmware has not been updated since 2015 and it says full NFC support would be available in a firmware release. The wireless portion does work. It is limited to only the supported printers on the list.
