This shell provides an integrated Magnetic Stripe Reader (MSR) on the back of the tablet offering support for encrypted mobile payment transactions in Retail, POS, and Hospitality environments. It may also be used for non-encrypted applications which make it suitable for magnetic card reading such as loyalty cards, identification cards, etc. The MSR Shell supports the replacement of traditional, fixed cash registers by engaging the workforce in mobile sales with the integrated payment functionality.
