Rated 5 out of 5 byirritated customer from I haven't found a great feature yetI bought this a few months back because I got tired of replacing the brand I usually use. However I am not satisfied. It jams quite a bit to be honest. Also, it told me that I was out of ink which I already knew I was out of color ink. So, I replace my black cartridge so I can continue printing like I've always done with every printer I've ever had, and it told me I was still out of ink. Not only now do I have an open cartridge, I have a second one that one of them is going to go bad. This is the first printer ever in my life that will not let me print in black and white without using a color cartridge. I bought this printer because I was going to go for the as a trial because I was interested in there ecotank, but I'm not so sure this is a product for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 byPolycrat from Nothing but problems since purchase!Difficult to set up. When finally done, it periodically refuses to print or copy. Have called "Help" line several times, and after re-starting everything, it works again for a few weeks, then, repeat. Today after restarting/downloading yet again, it would print Word Docs, but not PDF files, and now they claim that is "an Adobe problem. Would really like to return it, but discarded the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBabyroxy6 from Have had it for a little over a yearI bought this for my school papers and eventually it just stopped working I have bought cartridge after cartridge just trying to get it to work but it just doesn't every time I change one it tells me I need to change another and then nothing prints onto the paper was a waste of 2 hours trying to make it work I just said forget it I'll buy a new printer wouldn't give it even 1 star.

Rated 5 out of 5 byRichx from Junk do not buyBought this 3 months ago. Still haven’t figured out how to operate the darn thing. Lack of instructions and poor design make this machine impossible to use. Tried to return it but waited too long. Not I know why it was so cheap. Do not buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 byRobertoP from Very easy to useI bought this a month ago, and it does everything I expect it to. I had a little trouble getting it to copy a page but then the support team helped me. I does everything, scan, copy, and print and fax if you still use that. Very nice and prints fast.

Epson service support sent me a new set of ink cartridges. Same problem Returned it to Staples who gave me a full refund and bought an HP.
