It is very fast, even on color copies, has no issues maintaining a connection with our wireless network, unlike our other printer, and has a very small footprint for a machine that does so much. We have been very happy with our purchase and very happy with Epson. Well done!

The packaging that the printer came in was unbelievably secure making sure the printer was in exceptional condition for set-up. The set-up did not take long at all, and now the whole office is up and running on it. The quality in using it has been very good, from FAX, B&W, color, Scanning, we have been very impressed! I definitely recommend it, and love having the Epson Workforce Pro in our office!!!

The large supply of ink lasts for 20,000 copies allowing it to replace our copier. The only issues so far have been the inability to do automatic 2 sided copies for 8.5 x 14 size sheets, and there have been some issues with sticking pages on copying large numbers of 2 sided copies 100 or more.

Bought bright white paper and the result is really great. I have an Epson 3880 that I use for pictures and now this one will be used mainly for brochure and documents. Thanks for making this smart printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 byS Harn from Problem with printer, but customer service good so farWe've had this printer for over 18 months now. Printed great to start -- fast, clear pages. After about 6 months we would get a blurred line about every 3 inches down each page. We could print on "high quality" but it was much slower. Eventually even high quality wouldn't eliminate the problem. We performed the various maintenance items requested many times (clean prints heads, etc.) to no avail. Tried just using it for our proofreading pages but eventually couldn't use it for that either. There are two reasons I'm still giving it four stars: 1) it is a high quality printer when it functions correctly; and 2) Epson has a two-year warranty and good customer service for high-end printers and a replacement printer is on the way after I called them. It took about 15 minutes on the phone to run the maintenance and alignment procedures again for them, then a few more minutes to confirm shipping/billing/serial #, etc. The replacement printer will arrive postage paid with a box to return the defective unit postage paid. Be advised you can send the printer back and wait for a replacement. The other option is for them to send a replacement immediately but they will ask for a credit card to charge half the price of the printer if you fail to return the damaged unit within 7 days of receiving the new one. If you are having the same issue with your unit and it is within the two-year warranty window you should call them. I sent them an email and received a response within 20 minutes with the number to call tech support. That number is (562) 276-4382 for US customers. Hope this helps.

Rated 5 out of 5 byarginlv from LOVE this printer!We replaced a laser printer for this one due to the age of it. The Epson representative happened to be in the store when I went to look at them. He said they have a different ink than the smaller version and would print like my laser. He was RIGHT! Beautiful! We print a large amount of spiral bound books for seminars and they look so good! This printer is an all-in-one, which is nice, but the scanning is a bit on the slow side, which also makes the faxing slow. We just got it, so it may be that the settings need to be adjusted. If we get that taken care of, we at happy with everything else on it. It prints/scans double sided and faxes double sided as well. Our laser printer did not. Nice feature! It has 3 areas for paper and it prints from my phone remotely. Printed some pictures today on photo paper. So clear, so sharp. Very nice!

Rated 5 out of 5 byiqhope from Beautiful Output - Easy SetupThe machine came in overnight shipping; and we were worried because the box was caved in on one side - BUT - the factory had done such a marvelous job packaging the printer, no harm was done (that we can determine).It took only about 15 minutes to set the machine up, plug in the ink tanks, and get the wifi and mobile printing app set up to print. The images were breathtakingly beautiful with the colors on plain paper so I can't wait to see what we get when we print in photo paper!I would say at this point, I am happy with it, and looking forward to being able to print forever on the two-years worth of ink advertised that came with the machine!Thanks!

Print quality is very good and it has printed some nice photos which is an added plus. I like the large capacity paper drawers and the rear sheet feeder to handle photo paper and card stock. It was larger than I expected, but I've become accustomed to the size. It's not silent, but is quiet for a printer. This printer replaces another printer that was performing well, but could not keep up with the volume. It was always running out of paper and ink. Although much more expensive up front, the low price per copy, and the fact that I don't have to constantly monitor paper and change ink cartridges is a plus. This printer's ink bags should outlast five to six sets of ink cartridges in the other printer which will result in a huge savings on ink. I like the printer and am happy that I made the decision to buy it.
