Rated 5 out of 5 by from All in one device that produces high quality photographs.Had a Canon that finally (thank goodness) fail. Bought a HP but I could make better photographs with a crayon. Read about the XP-960 and it was all true; very good photographs and all the all in one features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printing: Ok...Ink :tough to find & expensiveAfter 6 months the printer works adequately, letter size prints are decent, larger scale are more involved. However, I prefer to buy ink in stores as I need it, not online. That is not an option with this printer. Too many cartidges, makes it expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the quality I expected from EpsonThis is my third Epson printer and it pales in comparison to the last two I owned. My last one, the Artisan 837, printed sharp, saturated, beautiful photos. If only it wouldn't have died on me. I thought this Expression 960 would be a good replacement based on reviews I read, but so far it's been kind of a disappointment. The printing is inconsistent. I might get one photo printed nicely but then the next one will be washed out and then the next one will be fine. It doesn't reproduce what I have on the screen like the Artisan used to. I been through all the maintenance settings, but nothing improves the print quality or the consistency across multiple prints. Had I kept the receipt and the box, I would have returned it by now. Unfortunately, it looks like I'll have to scrap it and look for a better option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from so far so goodHaven't used a lot...the photos for my grandkids are the reason, as I have two other three ink printers (HP 6600 - Canon MG5220), and I wanted something better. It was easy to set up on my net and Windows and Mac machine; but not to good on my Linux (LinuxMint)...Photos are terrific @4x7, better than Walmart. For a Pro you would probably want a printer that I can't afford. I'm Happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast - But With a Few GlitchesI haven't used the scanner yet but the color photo printer is quite speedy. The "glitches" started appearing shortly after printing a few images. The 4 X 6 prints, using the upper cassette, came out with short patterned scratches on one end. After a trying it a few times, I switched to the lower cassette and the 4 X 6's were fine. I then went bake to the upper cassette again and they were OK also. I then noticed random smudge marks (1 or 2 - about the size of a nickle). I haven't pursued that problem yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as expectedWorks well with Windows 10 Home Ethernet network. Color printing looks good for routine office paper notes, cards, records, etc. Have not printed on Epson photo paper at the time I received this request for information.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied!I have replaced my worn out Epson with this one because I wanted one more dedicated to photos and one that could use larger paper sizes. I am pleased.I also want to mention that the set-up was very easy and well-described. Not confusing at all to this very unsophisticated tech user!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Set up was incredibly easyThis review is only on the set up and the perfectly printed test page. Printer received two days ago and have been staring at it since, trying to work up the determination to set it up and connect it for wireless printing. Today armed with a large bottle of water, coffee and a couple of granola bars I began the dreaded process. In thirty minutes I was DONE and on my way to loving this printer. The numbered instructions are clear, concise and totally understandable. But, you have to READ THEM FIRST. The wireless connection set up itself and the test page printed beautifully. I expect good things from this product. What a difference from the HP experience - I got rid of because it was such a beast to deal with. Name me very happy so far!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from more than i wanted but i have only had it three daysthis is fancier than i wanted but advertisement doesn't tell you everything. the directions could be a bit more basic as in now, go here and do this, but after a while of staring i got it and everything works perfectly. i am just a bit scared that this will be more than i bargained for. the last one was a great printer, an artisan 703, so we'll see.
