Great response! /sarcasm
Hard drive went out in a server and I need a replacement. Asked a question here over a week ago, still no response. So, screw it, I'm going to order from someone else at 1/6th the price and hope for the best.

Ordered Three Drives and Two Were Defective
Two out of the three hard drives were defective and failed immediately which is unusual as I've never received one defective hard drive from Dell in the past 20 years let alone two in the same order and so it's with regret that I have to give Dell a two star rating. :-|
