Product Reviews
Rated 4 out of 5 by 1reviewer.
Rated 4 out of 5 by So far, I really like the dlink.cloudcommand service. It does 90% of what it's supposed to do and I appreciate being able to access its service from any internet-connected device. I am baffled as to why I can't remove stale/unwanted entries from the "Authorized Devices" list. I also don't see this list grow beyond 200 devices, which is concerning and all the more reason we should be able to trim that list. Lastly, when an AP's status is listed as "Disconnected" I have to actually go to the device to reset it. Some are easily accessible and some are not. Even if the AP is still providing network access to its connected devices it can not be reset from CloudCommand if its status is "disconnected". Yet I can reset it if it is ok, which makes no sense, as most of the time the only real need to reset it, is when it is "disconnected". Hopefully CloudCommand2 will fix all of this. I just hope that will be free for those of us who have paid-for CloudCommand accounts. October 5, 2015
