Rated 5 out of 5 by Good printer I bought this printer a year ago, had no problems with the machine. Noticed a lot of the negative comments were about setup, I had no problems at all. October 6, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Printer I've Ever Had The Pleasure of Using So I bought this for college and despite taking all upper level econ courses and a constitutional law class, keeping this in working order has been the most difficult thing I've had to deal with all semester. Connecting to wifi was the biggest hassle and typing in my password on this janky little screen was akin, but somehow more difficult (you have to toggle between lowercase letters, uppercase letters and numbers) to typing a text message on the alphanumeric keypad of the flip phone era. After finally doing all of that, it printed and worked okay for a whopping total of two uses. Fast forward to today and I go to print wirelessly only to find out that the printer decided to disconnect from my wifi even though my network and password remaining the exact same. After going through the painstakingly long process of reconnecting, it seemed determined to sit idle despite me putting several print orders in and my laptop telling me it was connected. Then out of nowhere (5 minutes and a couple of print cancellations later), I hear it starting to work its magic and much to my delight, I see a fresh piece of paper being sucked into its depths. At this point I'm sure you're saying to yourself that I fixed it, so why should this only get one star? Oh contraire my friend. Despite showering this printer with an abundance of attention, it decides to stab me in the back and get a paper jam in a seemingly unreachable location. After angry late night text rants to my mother and my girlfriend, I summoned up the willpower to jam my hand in there and pull out the badly bruised piece of printer paper that fell victim to this inhumane device. Round 2 didn't go any better as it decided that one jam wasn't enough for me to deal with at 1am, so why not give me a second. Thankfully, this one was much easier to clear and the third time proved to be the charm. So here I am sitting with my printed assignment at 1:30am and despite being in desperate need of sleep, I'm typing this and getting excited to go back home to pick up an old printer of mine that I would be much happier using despite it having a non-functioning LCD/LED screen. For those considering this printer as a cheap option, I will say that the 15 or so pages of black and white words that I have managed to successfully print have come out looking great (by great I mean the same as every other printer on the planet). I especially recommend not to buy this printer if you are in the middle of any anger management courses because you will not pass. In fact, the only people I would ever recommend this printer to are those who enjoy fixing unnecessary problems or people who have gotten on my bad side. Good luck to all of those in the same situation as me who are stuck with this amazing piece of engineering for the foreseeable future since I truly understand what you're going through.P.S. The printer comes with a brief but confusing manual. However, once that fails to help, you will have to download the full 776 page manual (yes, I'm being literal. You can even download it for free on this page just to peek) to actually get the thing working properly (very liberal use of the word "properly"). October 4, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by scanner issues Frequently disconnects from wifi causing me to have to reload software from online as software from disk does not work and auto feed scanner will not work unless plugged into computer. not only will it not work correctly, it will not scan anything into the computer. I Have searched online for additional driver to make it work but no avail. Yes I am very computer literate and no it does not work as it should. I should be able to scan wirelessly and save to my computer without issues but it just wont do so. September 26, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by NO DUPLEX feature? The printing speed is okay but NO duplex printing! D':I bought this for school and to save paper, and for personal preference, I need the duplex function! It took a while to setup and I had some problems but it's working fine. I'm just really aggravated that the must-have duplex printing feature is not included. I'd like a refund....or if I somehow missed it, please let me know how because I've been searching for several hours already! September 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this all in one! I bought this printer for school. I have used the print and scan features. I have it connected wirelessly and it works with all of my families devices...laptops, phones, and tablets. I connected it with ease and have not had any issues. Great all in one for the price. I am extremely happy so far. September 1, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by No problems! These reviews are brutal! People not being able to handle technology is no reason to bash the printer. It works fine, prints fine, scans fine, and handles all basic household needs on wireless. August 8, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great features I purchase this printer six months ago and I am definitely loving it. The printer is worth to purchase especially for the price I bought it for. I'm loving it... August 7, 2016
