Rated 5 out of 5 bydwat from Excellent cameraThe Canon 1DX MarkII is an upgrade for me. I use it for sports and wildlife photography. There are a lot of things on the menu that I am familiar with from my 5D Mark II. An excellent camera that works well with the Canon line of lenses I have, and I will try it with a few different options of lenses for sports.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJJDrummerX from Needs a little tweaking but overall good so far.I'm a small company (wife and I) and i purchased this mainly for its frame rate in video and the quality the images produce as well. First impressions are that the menus need to be looked at. there is a lag in moving through the different options that neith of my C100's or my 5D3 have. The 4k footage and the 120fps is incredible and the camera was easy to pick up and use right out of the box. Also the cFast port is a DEDICATED 2.0 port. you can NOT use 2 Standard CF Cards. just one of each type.

The first one, froze upon first time using it, no function was working and had to take out the battery to make it work again, it had high ISO performance. Second one, was working fine, but the ISO was not exceptional as expected, its ISO was same as cheap ones, so I returned.I expect Canon to do something toward their production line, and add more features for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 byRoland from Flagship of all camerasI've had the 1D X II for almost two years now. It is the most powerful camera I've ever used. It's 14fps are insane: I'm still not use to it. The DualPixel AF is amazing, it's enabled be to get shots I couldn't before. The GPS is a nice function to map with in Lightroom. The battery life is solid, the build quality is second to none. The real 4K video is astounding, my personal favorite is the 1080 @ 120fps. The inclusion of a headphone jack this time around is much appreciated. The LCD screen is great & the touch screen for focusing is a great option. The CFast card recording is very very fast, and allows long burst rates and 4K 30fps video. My only issue is the audio jack, it has a little white noise. However, I run my mic through a preamp now & it sounds perfect. Very happy with the 1D X II.

Rated 5 out of 5 byThe Kman from Amazing and powerful!I picked this camera up a few months ago and it is awesome! The specs, features, and power work to your advantage whether shooting stills or as a video camera (with a few drawbacks). I suggest you read/watch the reviews already out there.My only gripe is that they use two different card slots (CF and CFast) and I think there should be a upgrade/mod available to make them the same (preferably 2 CFast slots).
