The 2-Port VGA and USB Micro KVM is small in size but provides big box functionality. Use with Projector in Classroom
We have a classroom where we have a In-focus projector connected to the installed PC. However we often have guest speakers that come with their own laptops. Previously they would disconnect the desktop cable to connect to their laptop. Now with the Trulinkâ?¢ 2-Port VGA and USB Micro KVM with Audio switch we can have a cable on the desktop for the laptop and we no longer have to mess with the connections to the PC that never got reconnected. Thanks for this inexpensive tool during this tight budget season.

Won't work with wireless keyboard/mouse
Nice compact KVM switch, with a few shortcomings.
I do wish it could also be switched by a button on the unit, in addition to the keyboard hotkeys.
My biggest disappointment is that it won't work with a wireless keyboard or wireless mouse. Seems like it should-- the little USB receiver for the keyboard and/or mouse goes right into the USB port, the same as a wired connection. But it just does not work. I resorted to using a wired keyboard, and it works fine, but it has left my wireless keyboard useless to me, which I don't like.

Highly Recommended ! Great Product
Took a reset to get it to work but that was probably operator error . Also Tested and used Logitech Nano MX wireless mouse in the usb mouse port of the switch and works flawlessly . Hot Key [scroll lock] is awesome , no push button switch to change to other pc . Enables the ability to hide the switch .

Great KVM for the price!
I just started to work from home exclusively with two different computers, and I needed a KVM to switch between them. I always wanted a reason to have a KVM switch, and now I have one! This item fits the bill nicely and is priced reasonably.

I WAS NOT SURE ABOUT ADDING MORE CABLES TO AN ALREADY BUSY BACKSIDE BUT CONNECTIONS PROVED SIMPLE AND NO ADDITIONAL CHAOS. NOW I CAN RUN VISIO, PRESONUS STUDIO ONE AND QUICKBOOKS SIMULTANEOUSLY WITHOUT CONFLICT OR LOSS OF PROCESSING POWER. HIGH FIVE TO THE GUYS WHO CREATED THIS OPTION!

Easy to use, works very well.
Works great and allows me to switch seemlessly from one computer to another. It does require all UCB accesories but that was a minor inconvenience. Great value for the cost.

It was great until it stopped working
KVM worked great for a couple months and then lost the keyboard side USB and will not switch between computers. Would buy another but afraid it would not last.

Best invention ever! This switch makes it so easy to work both PC's without the use of two monitors. The USB connection makes the ps2 obsolete!

Got to run two computers from one keyboard etc. Easy to set up, have been using for about two weeks, no problems. Seems to be of good quality. saves space, easy to switch between two computers, seems trouble free.

Worked as advertised
Used to connect a Geovision CCTV Digital video recorder and a Windows XP computer to the same monitor, speakers and a Dell wireless USB keyboard/mouse combo. Worked prefectly. Took less than 5 minutes to install and configure.

Less Filling, Works Great!
Bought this so I could switch between a work computer and my home computer with the same monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers. Out of the box it works perfect, had a little bit of an issue getting it to use secondary commands (decided to use Ctrl-Ctrl to switch boxes instead of the default), but once I rebooted the boxes and the unit, it worked perfectly.

Works great. Use a very basic keyboard.
Failed using a keyboard with special keys. Once I switched to a simple keyboard, it never failed.
