Equipped with 48 ports, it offers the convenient scalability needed as a network grows with the addition of new devices. The managed switch also uses an enhanced safe working load SFP+ transceiver for compatibility with high-speed fiber networks. Built-in monitoring offers early detection of issues such as device latency and degraded storage, helping to ensure an optimal user experience.
Each of the ports switches to the correct speed automatically for the device connected. There's also the option to program a port at a fixed speed of 10G. Exchange-based load balancing helps to keep response times short and ensure efficiency. ClearLink® diagnostics monitor fiber transmission signals to ensure they remain stable. This rack-mountable switch features Brocade Fabric Vision® technology, offering comprehensive monitoring of all aspects of the network and traffic going through the switch. The flow monitor keeps an eye on performance without disrupting traffic flow.
