I'm just locked out. And the app doesn't rotate on an iPad. I use it to monitor my sick mom and now all I get is an unavailable message and no access to settings,. So upset! October 7, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Does what it says, but.............. I purchased my camera about 3 years ago. Well worth the price. Does a great job 90% of the time. Good, clear picture. However, my only frustration is that usually after about 2 days, the picture turns VERY grainy. The picture looks like a picture with lots of pixels. This is my only complaint but it is very frustrating. My internet is provided by Comcast and is very good. My only solution is unplugging for about 30 seconds and then rebooting. That clears up the picture, but once again after a period of time it goes back to the multi pixel look. Any suggestions? September 2, 2016
