Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Battery backup I love using these APC rack mounted battery backups. Built with quality and works great in a rack

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One works, One does not. Support is awful. I have two of these, one works, the other turns itself off and requires you to unplug from the wall before you can turn it back on. If that's how you want your UPS to work, then these will work for you! and, forget about support helping, totally useless. (Jonathan Neil)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not network manageable Even though the documentation under manageability states that it is network manageable it is not and can only be managed through DB9 rs232 serial.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great UPS but......... Great Smart UPS. Well made and easy to replace the battery. Only negative comment is theat because most new computers do not have a RS-232 (serial) connector, the features offered by the software are obsolete and useless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect! Pros: This unit is exactly what I needed. I had a Active PFC power supply, so wanted to make sure to have a pure sine way UPS. This unit runs my server (Quad core Xeon 3400 series, eight drives, lots of fans), router, two switches, wap and still runs for around 15minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for gateway This is a great device to put in a demarc to support Router, and firewall Broadband modem, even a WAN switch. I don't like putting those device on shared UPS that may have high draw loads. this is a great way to provide dedicated power support.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null If you want to manage this product via the network be sure you get the unit with a network management card. The card will eliminate the phone/network surge protection ports. We use these units to backup our switches and has been working well for over a year. No complaints so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good UPS Option More of a mid size business options, but workable. I would prefer the APC Smart UPS options that a bit smaller. This does not compete with them for the price point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Get Much Smaller than This! For extremely small rack deployments, this is about the most minimal UPS you can get. But its short depth is a definite advantage in many situations. Sometimes a small, dedicated UPS is all you need for a compact installation.
