The ZAGG Nomad Book Keyboard Case is designed to let you be productive and comfortable while working away from your desk. Nomad Book's spacious laptop-style keys make typing easy. Its multi-pairing capability lets you connect with two devices and toggle back and forth between them. The Nomad Book case detaches from the keyboard which allows you to place your device on one surface and still type with the keyboard on another. The detachable case also lets you function in four modes such as book, keyboard, case and video. The adjustable cradle hinge holds your tablet securely at multiple viewing angles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am very satisfied with I am very satisfied with my purchase. I like the feel and spacing of the keys. The kick stand is sturdy and offers multiple viewing angles. I’m not as pleased with the mixed materials. The fabric portion is already showing some fraying after only limited use, and I wish the magnetic connection for the keyboard was a little stronger. Overall a good product.

Want it didn’t come with was a charger to charge the keyboard and instructions on how to sync the board to the pad and what some of the key functions are for. I do believe it can be an added benefit to the iPad if you know how to use it.

And while my iPad Air fits perfectly with the correct bumper, it does not adhere to the case. My tablet is not magnetic on the back and the sticky surface in the center of the lid of the Nomad is not strong enough to hold it in place. So unless I remember to open carefully with weigh on lid of case, the iPad falls out.

The quality of the case is good, keyboard is large and comfortable, and the magnet holds the tablet firmly in place. Overall a good case for the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nomad Keyboard Cover is the third Zagg iPad cover I have purchased. The first two were very good. The Nomad, not so much - - for two reasons. 1. There is no porthole for the rear-facing camera. During these pandemic days, I have a daily book reading video call with my grandkids. I use the rear-facing camera so that they can see the book and I can read it at the same time. But, the Nomad would not hold the iPad up to allow me to do that. I finally just drilled a hole through it - - not pretty, and that should not be necessary. 2. The two halves of the Nomad separate too easily. The magnetic hinge should be stronger. But, the iPad does fit (with the exception of the rear-camera) and the keyboard functions

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super heavy and non functional The cover is very heavy. I mean after putting it on, i feel the iPad 9.7 inch is heavier than macbook air. Also if you move iPad a bit in your lap or table, power key gets pressed and iPad will lock up. It’s just annoying. Wouldn’t recommend this cover.

I've gotten several compliments on the keyboard case and I love the specs from the size to the varying ways to allow my tablet to stand with or without the keyboard. The magnetic attachment is very convenient.

I liked the design and sturdiness of the ZAGG Nomad, but found it pricey at the retail stores. Then I visited the ZAGG website and to my delight the Nomad was $30 less than what the retailer's were selling it for. It sure paid to do my research and buy direct from the ZAGG website. I love the heavy-duty feel and performance of this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor I like Zagg and have purchased many products from Zagg from screen protectors to note books for all my IPads and IPhones . Recently however I purchased this Nomad book. My positive experience with Zagg took a deep dive. The experience was like this. The note book arrived and after an hour of trying to put my IPad 10.5 in I realized it did not have the correct bumper I received 2 of the 9.7 bumpers. I called to get a replacement of which I had to take pictures of the bumpers and send them wait for a response and then repackage the whole thing and send it back. I would have been happy to just get the correct bumper and avoid the hassle of driving 20 miles to the Post Office. I received the replacement only to find the new keyboard would not charge. Zagg can keep the money. I refuse to go through the return process again which I take responsibility for but someone in the company has to manage the product line better. .

I have been to the site many times trying to get the missing piece, and the only response I have received is to spend ten dollars more to receive a replacement and i will need to return the one I have. It is a sorry way to increase to cost of an item.

On the Nomad the keyboard falls off, the pencil holder is irritatingly sharp, and no where in the dimensions/information does it state there is no camera opening. Zagg is frustratingly letting me down as I am waiting for my refund on two purchases. It should not take this long to be refunded to my credit card.

I use my ipad at home all the time instead of my phone so this really bothers me. Assembling the case to fit your particular device is also a bit challenging but certainly doable.

Was going to send back but I had to pay shipping and found key in shipping box. Just key and dealt with overall not happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hardly worth it The case does not stay together; the magnets are too weak. The iPad doesn’t stay in the case either, falls out all the time. The only thing good about that is that the case covers the main camera, so if you want to take photos you have to remove it from the case anyway. Worst feature — in order to get the iPod to stay in the case at all you have to stick a giant magnet to the the back of the device. The product description should explain this, as well as the fact that the case obscures the camera lens.

Bought this one because my iPad Pro flexed and was stressed every time I had to pull it out of that monster Zagg case because the charger opening didn’t allow my Apple Pencil to fit into the slot charging. This new keyboard case lets the Pencil Charge but the keyboard falls off and it’s a poor excuse for a protective cover. Waste of money. Really disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the best This cover does not have a camera hole, so if you need to use your camera you need to remove it from case. In addition the tablet is held in place with a magnet, which if jolted or shaken with minimal force caused the tablet to fall out from the case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did not come with all parts. I ordered this for my 2016 ipad pro 9.7 inch model. Did not come with 9.7 inch adapters, just the 10 inch. To get the 9.7 inch parts they wanted me to ship the whole thing back at my own cost. Not worth it. It is working fine on my partners 10 inch ipad so not a total waste. Wish they could just mail me the little plastic 9.7 inch bits.

I called when it opened and I had to make a replacement order and had to wait more time for it to come and because it was a replacement order they charge you shipping even though it was their fault I was missing pieces and it was them who said I had to make a replacement order. This whole experience was horrible an experience for me.
