Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great screen protector This screen protector is a perfect fit.... I think it’s a bit unusual because it has 3 cutouts along the top ( or left) side where the camera is. The larger, center cutout is for front camera and face recognition. The smaller cutouts farther from the center are for two sensors that I believe are for ambient light. These line up perfectly and, as a result, Faceid and the screen lighting work exactly as designed. It’s a big piece of glass, but was pretty straight forward to put on. I did trap a bubble during that process, but was able to work it toward an edge. It does show some fingerprints, but I’m washing my hands about every 6 minutes these days, so no problem. The edge of the glass leaves a small amount of screen uncovered around the edges. If my new case fits like my old iPad case, this will give enough room to prevent any lifting of the glass.

Shopping around, Zagg is definitely one of the most expensive, but factoring in the lifetime warranty I’ve purchased Zagg protection every time. Having a screen protector that outlasts my device is comforting.

So far this is no different then all of my other products. Easy installation with new tab features that allow me to better center the glass over the iPad. I’ll continue to stick with Zagg considering the warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Technical issues This was never tested on a real iPad. It is so obvious that it wasn't since the moment you install it , you see its covering True Depth camera . After that , FaceID is not working anymore. Re-enrolling doesn't help. Reported to support, they just closed the ticket, like "duh, what does he want" . For me , as a long term customer, this was 3rd (technical) fail in a year. I would seriously check QA department.

Zagg had the right size and it was on sale! Totally great! Zagg has a great reputation and we have had lots of success with our other products from Zagg! The only strange thing is that it has 2 extra slots in addition to the camera that I can’t figure out why they are there? So that’s why I gave them 4...it throws you off when trying to apply it to the screen.

Unfortunately, the Face ID stopped worked in the second I put the screen protector. I tried to recalibrate, with no sucsess. When I contacted Zagg support they reccomended me to contact Apple support "as we are not trained on their software in the detail that an Apple employee is." This is a joke!

I spent over a week, after getting my iPad Pro 11, searching for a screen protector with reviews that stated the protector was tough and did not make the touch screen problematic. I skipped over this one because of some negative reviews, but ended up purchasing it. I have had two iPads, and many iPhones and this is by far the best screen protector I have ever owned. It was super easy to instal, the few air bubbles were easy to get out & it did not affect the touch screen at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product but shipping needs better packaging The first screen protector arrived 10 days after our order was placed & arrived in a very bent package, which resulted in a shattered screen protector. Customer service could not have been more amazing!!...they sent a new one out, which the mailman jammed in our mailbox! Once again the packaging was very damaged, but surprisingly the iPad screen protector wasn’t damaged. Perhaps the company could label the pkg “fragile” or just package it so it can’t be bent? Anyhow, product is good, customer service is outstanding & the packaging needs some work.
