terrific blu-ray/dvd player
I want to add to my review: the Yamaha BD-S681 has a display panel (!) -- something very few Blu-ray players have these days -- it gives track number and elapsed time. The player also has stereo analogue audio outputs -- terrific for those of us who do not have HDMI inputs on our pre-amps or receivers or integrated amps. Yamaha is to be highly commended for these features, and I hope Yamaha does not do what so many other manufacturers do and eliminate the display panel. How on Earth do you use a Blu-ray player that has no display panel?!!

We watched a blue ray disk and it was so clear and sharp .
