Great
Love the high capacity. I don't have to order as often and I don't worry so much about running out when I have a large print job. Xerox is easy to work with when ordering my supplies. I don't trust off brands with my Xerox machine.

Black printer toner, pretty much the same as any other black printer toner, except I have to order it online because it's not in any store.

Peace of Mind and Sharp Images and Text
Excellent print quality - always sharp and no smudging or lines. Extra high capacity cartridges really deliver - I can print and print and print forever with one of these! Love the concierge program, too, gives me peace of mind as a small business owner so I can rest assured that I am protected if something should go wrong with my printer.

Shipped quickly and received in good condition
It took a bit of unexpected force to install the cartridge, but it worked perfectly once it snapped into place and the printer was re-booted.

Good Printer for the most part
I rated a 3 star out of 5 star because when an extra tray for letterhead I started having problems with the papers crinkling as they were printed. And when I would ask technical support to help me after my warranty expired for technical issues some people were helpful, but the ones that were not or didn't want to have me pay the $25 for service because it took too long for them to process that $25 fee helped drop the rating down also. It would be a 2 star if most of your technical support staff were not helpful. As for the printer, it works good and the toner last a long time for a one person office. It lasts me a good year and a half to two years. I give the printer a 4 out of 5 star.

Not All Products Service is Equal
After surfing local and online office supply sites to no avail, It was such a pleasure to speak or chat with someone who understood my challenge. I am a small business owner; I internally prepare most of my deliverables using the C405 Xerox Printer/Copier/Scanner.
Unfortunately, I have learned that not many local suppliers provide products to support my machine. So, I reached back to a relationship I had developed while working in the software industry and located CDW. As usual, they were very responsive. They listened and offered support as long as I needed it. My black ink cartridge was very low; I needed to print a time-sensitive document and needed to replace my black ink cartridge. When I contacted the CDW team, it was after regular business hours. The team was accommodating, placed the order for my ink, and I received it in time to complete my projects. As a result, I will be using CDW to purchase all of my printer ink, support, and other related supplies.
