Excellent product
After seeing good comments from other reviews, I've decided to go with WD Black instead of other colors mainly because it comes with a 5 year warranty. Performance seems decent comparing to other SATA drives I've used. My only grip is the noise level for this drive but for it's current performance and warranty support, I can live with the noise level. It's not the loudest drive out there but you can definitely hear it when virus scan goes off during scheduled scanning.

Works on first try
Finally got new HDD installed (needed to buy 2 cables and it is running perfectly fine (after a need to initialize in PC). Will be a 5star rating if its 5yr warranty lives up to its name like many previous WD HDDs have done in past.
