Solid & strong cover. Gives me peace of mind incase of a knock.
I really like this cover. It makes my valuable laptop feel less fragile, and gives me peace of mind when moving it about. This is by far the best one we've seen and used having used several over the years on about 5 laptops.

Dual Purpose
Make sure that all parts are locked by examining each side. The cooling system also helps the unit a lot. It not only secures the laptop from potential dents but it also helps the colling system as well. Looks a bit bulky though but it's great!

Well, I haven't dropped my laptop in the case yet, so I can't attest to the protection afforded by it. However, I can say that it is not an inconvenience in the slightest! The case adds very little weight, and stays on well. I have definitely gained peace of mind, which I think I can value as highly as the laptop it self.

If you want ash grey like many and perhaps most of us, UAG has an option for us to submit requests at UAG Lab. The more of us that do, the more likely that they will do so. (It's five star case with three star color options, or lack thereof). It's super high quality, but 80$ is too expensive. Should be ~60-70$.
