Tripp Lite's INTERNET350U standby UPS offers complete protection for PCs, workstations and other sensitive electronics in an attractive ultra-compact, mountable housing. Prevents data loss and system downtime by providing battery supported AC output during brownouts and blackout conditions. 6 widely spaced output receptacles accommodate large transformer plugs without blocking outlets. 3 outlets with full battery support and surge suppression protect computers, monitors and other vital system components from loss of power. 3 additional outlets with surge suppression-only are ideal for printers and other accessories not requiring battery support. Single line telephone suppression jacks protect a single directly connected modem, fax machine, cordless phone or other peripheral on a single standard dialup or DSL phone line connection. USB port with PowerAlert monitoring software and cabling enables safe unattended system shutdown in the case of extended power failure. I discovered that the hard way when it didn't work during a power outage. Tripp-lite, how about some smart status notifications?

During a lightening storm, we did not loose electricity to the house, but the TrippLite battery backup turned itself off, and my connected NAS died (totally unresponsive to pressing the power button to turn it on). TrippLite Customer Service was excellent. They were very helpful, clear, and communicative about the assessment and warantee process. Their followup through the process was excellent. I wish the customer service at other companies was great like theirs. Its nice to use good products and know that the company will professionally stand behind them when there is an issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Product I use this in the office, we are in a area prone to lightening strikes, and my office in particular has weird electrical issues that make me nervous to have my PC plugged into the wall directly and this is exactly what I needed for piece of mind and to protect the company's fixed assets. I know it works because I have been able to save my work and power down the PC during a power outage already, and I can hear the surge protection kicking in (it BEEPS loudly) when I use a laser printer (NOT plugged into the surge protector at all, it's plugged into a completely different outlet in my office) which means it is protecting some type of weird electrical surge in the wiring in my office -- Definitely worth the investment by far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact UPS with well-spaced power outlets. I purchased the UPS to keep our fibre-optic modem, internet router and wireless up and running during power failures. My previous UPS only kept the modem running for 20 min, so it was time for an upgrade so we can surf in the internet in the dark on our phones! What I like about this is the small footprint. It has well-spaced 3 outlets for my fibre-optic modem, my internet router and my wireless router to run on battery power when the electricity is out. The other 3 similarly well-spaced outlets are just current surge-protected and cuts power when there is no electricity. The later run my network switches and other electronic devices which are not needed in the event of a power failure and in fact, I do not want them to draw on precious battery power.

Although it doesn't have the battery life of my Smart UPS's (all Tripp Lite), it is perfect for my Alexa devices, Bond, and anything else that could loose connection during a short power outage or brown out. Great quality from a great company with EXCELLENT customer service. I would highly recommend this unit and I trust Tripp Lite.

The other went in a corner next to our NAS. Again, lots of space. Set-up was a snap. And, of course, I got the reliability of a TrippLite product.

We have a lot of short power outages where I live and it has already maintained power to my internet router and printer during two brief outages. No interruption in internet, and no rebooting of the printer! Highly recommended for devices with relatively small power needs (sizing your UPS correctly is important).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Product and Great Support Service Purchased the INTERNET350U UPS and had to wait 10 days for delivery, I guess they were back-ordered but it came as described. It looks and feels like it is made with quality. Bought the UPS for my router, that is 1.5 hour away, to ensure it stays on during a power bump. Usually, I need to reset my router, not anymore when connect to this UPS. The UPS stays on, even after a loss in power with the auto-start feature. I haven't tested if the UPS will auto start after the battery runs out. I was told it will auto-start after I called their support line and Jason answered my concerns, great service.
