Huge Money and time Saver!
In my office we haze dozens and dozens of the "barrel tip" Lenovo AC adapters sitting around. But all of our recent Lenovo laptops use the "slim tip" connectors.
These dongles allow me to spend far less money that I would ordering new adapters every-time a user loses or needs a replacement laptop power-adapter.
Since the power adapters are still identical in function, they just have different connectors, these are perfect. And compared to the more expensive ones, they are more inline and less bulky; and the users barely notice (if they do at all) that I have used one of these.
I have recommended these to my company's other offices. Though unfortunately, many of them have already ordered new AC-adapters when they could have just used these.
I have not seen any of them fail yet. Only problem I have encountered is one user lost the converter dongle, so I had to replace his.

Works well
This will convert the old Lenovo Barrel style AC adapters to work with the new rectangle\lowprofile AC Adapter. bought 8 so far. I am sure I will buy more.
