Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall I would agree IIS is a good web server. If I have a non-critical website to throw up IIS is my preference. If I have a mission critical site I prefer Apache.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well for me, seems to make sense using something that's built in and supported by MS, rather than install a third party browser and have IIS just sitting there unused.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply good hosting platform with solid support and debugging securing the MIME proved tricky but doable with some com+ components

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Though it's demanding on CPU and Memory new Nano server promises to make IIS fine grained and affordable, security is unbeatable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like other Microsoft products, you learn to do things the Microsoft way, and all is (more or less) well. Other days you will swear IIS is an actual four-letter word, but that's usually because you're trying to do something it just isn't going to like (like run PHP, too).
