Quality made but the new 5th gen iPad Pro 12.9 is too big for the edges to grip properly.

Wrong case
My iPad Pro does not fit in this case. The heigh and length of the case are too short. The diagonal is fine. But iPad does not fit.

Would buy again-but still looks like a Batman case
I am extremely happy with my purchase of the VersaVu Classic Case. It is super sturdy, its ability to rotate the screen is great, all while staying attached to the case! The fact that it keeps my apple pencil safe and stuck to the side, INSIDE the case flap, is a major bonus.
Cons: it looks like a transformers case. How about a little color options and style next time Targus?

Don’t get if you have a gen 5 iPad
I have owned many other Targus folio cases in the past and been happy with the way they performed and the quality. However, the case that is to fit the iPad Gen 5 2021 I am very disappointed in. The fit is terrible and you will have trouble connecting your iPad to the charger.

Why I Only Buy From Amazon Now
I wanted this cover, measured, put in Model number, etc., and when I received it, it was too big. Rewrap, trip to the post office and $15.00 to return.

love it, but one major flaw...
Great case, build quality is very good. Like the magnetic strap, keeps pencil secure. The only problem...Pencil connection with the case is intermittent. This is a big issue as just placing the pencil in case slot for it does not always mean it is charging. A fix must be identified.

This doesn’t fit the 2021 I pad 12.9
I had this case on my 2018 ipad and loved it. I was so excited to see it was available as it says for my iPad. When I started to check out it instructed me to look at model number on my new iPad 5 th generation. That number is not listed. So so disappointed. False advertisement. I have the case good reviews but shame for saying it fits the 5 th generation iPad !!

These Cases are very durable and do a great job of protecting your valuable iPads. We’ve used them for years and never had any reason to purchase any extended warranty’s because they seem to last as long as the iPad itself! Great product great value I highly recommend!

Great case. The material looks and feel luxurious and it also gives a real “peace of mind” for protection due to accidental drop. I have used a Targus product on 3 of my last iPad product and they still look good. Targus has saved my iPad from damage on several occasions.

This is my second Targus case as I changed iPads. It shipped in a timely fashion and was the perfect fit. It’s sturdy and keeps my iPad safe. I highly recommend this case. (I would like more color choices!). Maybe next time.

If you use the Apple Pencil 2, Make sure you get the versa-cue case that specifies that it’s rated for the 4th/5th generation iPad Pro. There are versions of this case out in retail that say they are rated for the 3rd gen (but said they were also good the the 4th gen. These earlier cases fit the tablet fine, do not reliably charge the pencil. This latest edition works as intended in all regards

Good for only 3rd generation IPad Pro
Bought this 2 weeks ago for my iPad Pro 4th generation; the fitted cover fits but the magnetic closure is very loose and you can fit your fingers in between the cover and
iPad.
Works great for generation 3 not for generation 4 iPad Pro.

The VersaVu works perfectly. The 2nd generation Apple Pencil charges and stores flawlessly. The portrait and landscape options are exactly what I was looking for. It's great looking, tough and elegant.
